Amanda Kloots is a 39-year-old TV personality who co-hosts the talk show “The Talk.” She was also once part of a dance company, and in 2020, she launched her digital fitness brand.
Kloots has previously been married twice, once to actor David Larsen and later to Nick Cordero. However, her life with Cordero was short-lived as he died about three years after their union.
Last year, she co-wrote a book with her sister to detail her late husband’s life and death. The book will be adapted into a movie, and Kloots had a few things to say about the cast.
Amanda Kloots Has Some Casting Ideas For Her ‘Live Your Life’ Biopic

In a recent conversation with ET’s Kevin Frazier for the 2,500th episode of “The Talk,” Kloots spoke on several casting ideas for the biopic based on her memoir “Live Your Life.”
ET shared that the chat included fellow co-hosts Jerry O’Connell, Sheryl Underwood, Akbar Gbajabiamila, and Natalie Morales, who were present to celebrate the show’s milestone.
As the group conversed, they considered who would act as Kloots in her life story. Underwood brought up the author herself or Nicole Kidman taking on the role while Morales suggested Jennifer Lawrence.
While the group came up with different casts, Kloots already knew who she wanted to star as her deceased husband. She stated, “My dream casting is Adam Driver. Adam Driver, I’m coming for you.”
Cordero struggled with COVID-19 earlier during the pandemic. He was initially admitted into the hospital with pneumonia in March 2020, and not too long after, the Broadway star was diagnosed with coronavirus.
Unfortunately, after several attempts to save his life, he died about two months later. Prior to his death, Kloots and their then one-month-old baby boy, Elvis, visited Cordero frequently but maintained a pandemic-safe distance.
The “Live Your Life” book was titled after one of the musician’s songs, and it includes all the couple went through and how the single mother mourned while caring for their son following the loss.
In February, as the news outlet reported, Kloots got together with Kelly Rizzo, the wife of the late Bob Saget, who mysteriously died in January.

Rizzo was grateful for the link-up, while the fitness instructor was honored to meet the strong widow. She told ET, “She is a beautiful woman, and yes, we instantly had an incredible bond and friendship.”
Back to the celebration of “The Talk’s” 2,500th episode, Kloots, and her fellow stars were grateful for their involvement and fans’ support.
It meant a lot to Underwood as she believed the viewers connected with the show, and it was an achievement in the industry to achieve such a milestone. Kloots shared:
“You know, we really are a huge family here. I mean, from everybody from behind the scenes to this group of hosts here, we really enjoy coming to work every single day.”
In a previous report by The Blast, the star and Alan Bersten had a tribute performance on “Dancing With The Stars” for the late Cordero.
They did several contemporary dances, including dancing to the singer’s “Live Your Life,” which earned significant ratings for the duo as they were saved from elimination.
Their choreography told the unique story of Cordero and Bersten’s dedication meant the world to the mother-of-one as she debuted on the show to feel her departed love’s presence.
Kloots shared at the time, “This opportunity is kind of a way to find myself again and to feel his [Cordero] presence every day.” She misses the Broadway star, but he would want her to move on with her life.
“The Talk” Co-Host Goes On Date After ‘DWTS’ Tribute Performance To Late Husband

Last December, The Blast reported that Kloots was rumored to be back in the dating game after she was spotted with “The Bachelorette” star Michael Allio on a presumed date.
The hangout happened more than a month after the dancer honored Cordero with her “DWTS” performance.
The pair looked snug together and were casually dressed for the date. They both wore sweatshirts; Allio had a white one on while the TV co-host rocked a black piece.
The celebs have been Instagram buddies for a year and finally met in person before the year ended. They had lots to eat, drink, and catch up on.
Fans were quick to notice the duo’s outing together, and the majority had positive things to say. Some loved the friendship, while others speculated a connection there.
Allio, just like Kloots, lost his partner in 2019 to breast cancer. They both brought a son into the world before her passing.
