Having a sister means having an eternal and unconditional tower of support for the Bailey sisters.

Although they are iconic young stars who have earned several awards and recognition, they are familiar with the toll of being a Black woman in the entertainment industry.

Despite the hurdles, the sisters have learned to prioritize loving each other all the step of the way.

In a recent interview with E!News, the duo reflected on their effect on each other. Specifically, Halle opened up on how she struggled with imposter syndrome and how her sister's encouragement helped her pull through.

I think that's just so powerful and so special to have someone like her in my life where she can just remind me of that."

"When it comes to Sarah Jean and Kyra, we were so touched by their stories because we really felt that [their films] told the story so clearly of finding the power and freedom in your skin and what that journey looks like," Halle mentioned of the selection "Sometimes it's a winding road. Sometimes it's trials and triumphs that you go through in order to get to the ending where you truly feel good about yourself and who you are in your skin. We definitely feel like they hit the nail on the head."

Peter's short movie, "En Vant," is about a ballerina who is a person of color and "struggles with self-acceptance as she faces racism in a white-dominated art form." Williams' film, "If My Voice Rang Louder Than My Skin," told the story of a boy who constantly wished the color of his skin didn't have such an effect on his life.
