Idris Elba and his loving wife, Sabrina Dhowre Elba, are one of Hollywood's sweetest couples who have partnered on several projects together.
"The Mountain Between Us" actor and his spouse launched an Audible podcast, "Coupledom," and are now about to break into the skincare industry.
Through the husband and wife's company, S'Able Labs, they plan to produce products that are very in tune with the 21st Century.
Idris Elba And Wife To Release Genderless Skincare Line
Idris and Sabrina are pulling their resources towards motivating the public to protect their bodies through their skincare company, S'Able Labs.
"The Harder They Fall Actor" first teased the upcoming line on his Instagram page on February 23, with a promotional clip featuring him and his wife.
Idris captioned the post with a link to the brand's official skincare page and website, writing, "Coming soon…..S’able Labs skincare for all beings. Head to @sable.labs to stay tuned or sablelabs.co to subscribe."
The eye-catching couple shed more light on the motivation behind founding their skincare line in a recent interview with Vogue.
The business owners noted that the idea hit them during a disconnect with their community in the beginning stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sabrina recalled:
“It began during a conversation Idris and I had at a time in which we felt disconnected from our community. It opened up the idea of wellbeing and self-care that we hadn’t really thought of before—looking at wellness from the outside in, in terms of your community and who’s around you. That’s when it clicked."
S'Able Labs released a website ahead of the products' launch. Viewers can currently peruse articles on health and wellness, relationships, and more.
The skincare line promises to be “affordable but luxury, and address concerns, from hyperpigmentation to inflammation, that so many people face." These products will be genderless and available to individuals regardless of their race and age.

Sabrina posited that when people are happier, they are naturally inclined to do good, so self-care is essential in partnerships and relationships. She continued:
"When you’re feeling really good about yourself, you’re able to share that with other people, and it’s infectious. I feel like we’ve forgotten about that because we’ve been so isolated. We want to remind people to share that good energy.”
Collaborating on the S'Able skincare line has also strengthened the love between the "Sonic The Hedgehog" actor and his partner. Sabrina explained:
“As our business relationship grows, our personal one grows alongside it. And Idris is really new to the skin-care journey, so it’s great to be able to share amazing skincare with him—he finally gets it!”
The "S'Able Labs" Founders' Love Story
Before Sabrina entered Idris's life, he had sworn off marriage after two failed unions with Hanne Norgaard from 1999 to 2003 and Sonya Nicole Hamlin within 2006.
The Blast disclosed that the couple met while visiting a jazz bar in Vancouver in 2017 and began dating immediately after their encounter.
The "Suicide Squad" actor gushed to Vogue that he and the dark-skinned beauty fell in "love at first sight." They then got engaged the following year.

Elba and Sabrina tied the knot in a fairytale wedding in Marrakesh in April 2019. The wife's family originates from East Africa, while her husband's family is from West Africa.
The locations of their loved ones made the thoughtful couple choose Marrakesh because they "thought it would be fun to meet somewhere in between."
The bride said her vows in a breathtaking custom white Vera Wang dress in an intimate ceremony with a guest list of 200 friends and family members.
The couple not only work well together, as seen with their S'Able line, but they also know how to have a good time when taking a break.
The lovebirds shared a collaborative Instagram post to mark Valentine's day. The clip showed them frolicking in a heated swimming pool at an undisclosed location.
The husband and wife embraced each other, laughing and kissing in the water near picturesque snowy mountains. Mega Kaggwa’s romantic single “Chariot” also played in the background.
The swoon-worthy clip earned a barrage of comments from fans and well-wishers. Kaggwa commented, "Thanks for using my song." A fan wrote, "Okay, I change my mind. I want love.” Another gushed, “You two are so sweet.” “
