Hulk Hogan Confirms Divorce From Jennifer McDaniel And Reveals New Girlfriend

The world was surprised when the news broke that ex-professional wrestler Hulk Hogan (real name Terry Bollea) had split with his wife, Jennifer McDaniel. Hogan and McDaniel were together for more than a decade, and many fans saw them as an iconic Hollywood couple.

The news of their split was followed by many rumors about the identity of Hogan's new girlfriend, and the most recurring was that she's yoga instructor, Sky Daily. Not long ago, Hogan stormed the streets of Twitter to clear up speculation about the status of his current relationship.

From legal documents obtained by TMZ, Hogan approached the court and filed for divorce in October 2021 for reasons that are still not unclear to fans. However, McDaniel raised allegations about Hogan's infidelity, which the champ denied. 

McDaniel responded to the divorce petition the same day it was filed, a speed that indicated this divorce had been in the works for a while. The paperwork confirmed Hogan paid McDaniel a one-off lump sum of cash and was ordered to get her a set of new wheels 45 days after the agreement, with McDaniels not having to pay a dime on the payment of the car. 

However, the cash amount wasn't disclosed, and the pair agreed to a non-disparagement clause, which prevents them from talking about the relationship without the other's consent. McDaniel also ended up with a property she and Hogan bought in Palm Isle, Florida, while he gets to keep their Clearwater mansion and the car they used in their relationship.

The 68-year-old legend recently confirmed on social media that his marriage with McDaniel had ended and that he does have a new girlfriend named Sky. Questions about his relationship began to stir when he was photographed with a new woman on social media.

However, he cleared up the speculation by tweeting, "Yo Maniacs, just for the record, the Facebook and Instagram posts are of me and my girlfriend Sky. I am officially divorced, sorry I thought everyone already knew, love my Maniacs4Life."

Though this confirmed his current relationship status, fans wondered about the details of his relationship with McDaniel and why they split after being together for so long.

Wrestling was not the only thing in Hulk Hogan's life that gave him fame. For much of his time in the spotlight, his relationships were equally a source of attention for the Hulk Machine. Hogan and the 48-year-old entrepreneur and makeup artist officially got married on December 14th, 2010, after several years of being in a romantic relationship. 

In addition to her career in makeup artistry, she considers herself to be a "Human Enthusiast," "Fun Philanthropist," and also a "Thought Theorist," and she declared to her fans on Instagram. Her net worth is currently estimated at $4 million, most of which fans believe came from her status as Hogan's wife.

However, the details of their meeting and courtship remain largely unclear as, during the time, the public was mostly focused on Hogan's crashing marriage with his first wife, Linda (Claridge) Marie Bollea.

Hogan and Linda got hitched in 1984; however, their 26-year long marriage cracked when in 2007, Linda's publicist, Gary Smith, told E! News at the time that Hogan's affair with Christiane Plante, his daughter's best friend, was to blame. 

When Linda Marie found out about the reported affair, she finally decided to end things with him. Smith, upset about the situation, said, "Almost every statement that comes out of Hulk's mouth is a diversionary tactic to deflect attention away from the real reason Linda filed for divorce, two words: HULK'S CHEATING!"

In response to Smith's words and in an attempt to reduce the flames stirring up on social media, Hulk's lawyer David Houston responded to Linda's statement at the time and accused her of being an attention whore and noted that they wouldn't encourage her "pathetic pleas for attention."
