How Does Khloe Kardashian Get So Fit?

Back in October 2021, Khloe dished to Byrdie how she stays so fit and fierce. She said that she’s been keeping a close eye on her diet ever since she gave birth to her first child, True, in April 2018, to help her lose the baby weight. Of course, teaming up with celebrity nutritionist Dr. Goglia definitely helped Khloe create a custom meal plan that was right for her body!
Although low-carb diet plans have been called controversial in recent months, Khloe admitted that Dr. Goglia described a low-carb diet plan to help her lose a few pounds.

Although she stays away from pasta, bread, and sugar, Khloe is still allowed plenty of protein and fiber-rich vegetables to help stay satiated and full.
“It has lots of protein, so I’m able to go all out at the gym,” Khloe said of her new diet. “But the best part is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating!” She admitted, “it’s easier to follow than it sounds.”

Khloe doesn’t exercise on an empty stomach. She needs some energy when she first wakes up in the morning.
“Dr. Goglia recommends one tablespoon of jam with one tablespoon of almond butter,” she explained. Apparently, Justin’s is her favorite brand. After she hits the gym, she needs to fuel her body with more protein.
“What you eat when you're done working out is so important. I have two eggs (they can be poached, over easy, or scrambled) with one cup of oatmeal and another of fresh fruit, like berries,” she said. The protein from the eggs helps fuels her growing muscles and the oatmeal provides plenty of fiber to fill her up.

She also snacks on a piece of fruit as a mid-morning snack to tide her over until lunch.
“For lunch, Dr. Goglia recommends a four-ounce piece of grilled chicken breast with a half portion of a simple starch, like four ounces of yam or a half cup of white rice, along with a veggie and a salad. Because I recently gave birth, I’m still eating a full portion of starch right now,” she explained. “For the salad, keep it simple with an oil-based vinaigrette. Any vegetables are great, but he especially recommends those high in iron, like spinach, beets, asparagus, broccoli, or romaine.”
In the early afternoon, she snacks on a piece of fruit and a handful of almonds to keep her full of energy until dinner. She also may snack on a cup of vegetables, like cherry tomatoes, if she’s getting hangry.
