Addison Rae's father, Monty Lopez, has been cleaning up in the crypto and NFT market lately, but he made a grave mistake that all NFT holders fear when he tried to transfer one of his rare NFTs into a digital wallet.

Monty was leaving Craig's in West Hollywood Thursday night when he revealed the digital drama with his NFTs. Turns out he was actually one of the first to mint an OUSE Token mansion, a luxury real estate NFT project that allows holders to mint digital versions of actual real estate in Los Angeles.

Unfortunately, the father of the famous TikTok star also revealed that he destroyed his NFT forever by transferring it to a digital wallet that does not exist. The term is called "burning" in the crypto community ... but basically means Monty's digital mansion was sent to an address that nobody has control of and has been forever removed from circulation.

Monty's Ouse Token NFT was a one-of-a-kind piece of virtual real estate minted on the Binance Smart Chain and one of the first Ouse Token homes in the collection of 25.

The father of Addison Rae has had a rough go in the digital market lately, as he told a photographer that he was a victim of a hack on popular NFT platform, OpenSea, that resulted in over $40,000 of digital assets being stolen.

All is not lost for Monty, however, as there are other NFTs currently for sale on Ouse Token's proprietary marketplace, Ousetoken.io.

OUSE Token is the vision of celebrity Realtor and television producer Tai Savet, creator of VH1's Love & Listings and owner of Agents of LA real estate brokerage. OUSE Token has created a celebrity-driven NFT marketplace based on virtual real estate in the metaverse.

The momentum behind the Ouse Token project and the powerful force of Monty Lopez make Ouse Token NFTs an attractive virtual real estate option. In the future, Ouse Token plans to bridge the gap between virtual and physical real estate utilizing NFT blockchain technology.
