It seems Kanye West wants to take credit for this one too.

Yesterday, "Saturday Night Live" comedian Pete Davidson made his first Instagram post after rejoining the social media platform a week ago. However, within twenty minutes of his first posting, the post was gone. So was his account.

Now, Ye is taking credit for running Pete off Instagram.

Kanye West At Pete: 'Tell Your Mother I Changed Your Name For Life'

"Ran Skete off the gram," Ye wrote in the caption of the Instagram post that will most likely be deleted later. "Tell your mother I changed your name for life."

He included two screenshots. One was a screenshot of Pete Davidson's empty Instagram page with a prompt from Instagram at the bottom saying "User not found."

The next screenshot was a screengrab of what looked to be a Buzzfeed article saying, "Pete Davidson Deleted His Instagram Account After His First Post Was Flooded With Kanye West Fans Calling Him 'Skete' And Telling Him To 'Find God.'"

It seems that Pete has had enough of the Instagram drama that Kanye West has been throwing his way, although Pete did seem to shade Kanye earlier this week.

Did Pete Davidson Call Kanye West A 'Schmuck'?

Before he posted yesterday's video, Davidson had posted a link to his Instagram bio which led fans to a 10-second clip from 1982’s “The King of Comedy,” which shows character Rupert Pupkin saying, “Better to be king for a night than a schmuck for a lifetime.”

The comments section immediately filled up with fans commenting on the feud.

“Agreed Pete – ya a f—en legend mate,” one wrote.

“Jokes aside, Pete is handling this with class. Ye keeps punching himself,” another commented.

“The irony of this Ye vs Pete thing is that Pete has said Kid Cudi saved his life through his music, Ye put Kid Cudi on so in a weird way Ye saved Pete’s life lol,” another shared. “But I’m proud of Pete for how he has been handling this whole ordeal. He’s really matured, hoping he’s doing okay.”

“D—, Pete firing sneaky shots,” another joked.

“Well said Pete!” another wrote.

However, it didn't seem that Pete was shading Kanye at all in his first Instagram post yesterday, which seemed to tease more to come.

On Wednesday afternoon, Pete posted his first video to his now-deleted Instagram page.

“They’re letting me add my own dialogue to The Home,” he wrote in the caption. He can be heard snorting over the dialogue at the end of the video. He followed the caption up with the hashtags #welcometomyinstagram and #thisisthetypeofstuffyoucanbeexpecting.

However, fans were not expecting him to delete his entire Instagram account about twenty minutes later. The link that previously led fans to his page now just reads: “Sorry, this page isn’t available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.”

As many fans noticed, the post was flooded by comments from Ye supporters, calling Pete "Skete" before it was deleted. It seems that Pete decided that he didn't want to deal with the drama anymore and decided to just log off permanently.

However, that doesn't mean that Kanye is done with him. Ye took another swing at Pete in his new song "Security" at the "Donda 2" listening party earlier this week.

As The Blast previously reported, the performance was mired by technical glitches. However, Ye was still able to give his fans a performance of his new song, “Security,” which many fans think is about the threats he previously made about Pete. Ye raps: “Pop some, I ain’t getting frisked. I put your security at risk/ Pop some I ain’t getting frisked. I put your security at risk.”

The lyrics continue: “Ok we gon’ make this an event? y’all gone need security for this/ Security gon’ need security for this/ Never take the family picture off the fridge/ Never stand between a man and his kids/ Y’all ain’t got enough security for this. I put your security at risk. I make your security all quit, like ‘we ain’t gettin paid enough for this.”

In one deleted post, Ye actually encouraged fans to belittle Davidson, writing, “THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR SUPPORT OF MY FAMILY MY FAMILY MEANS MORE TO ME THAN ANY OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENT IN LIFE IF ANYONE LOVES ME AND MY FAMILY IF YOU SEE SKETE IN REAL LIFE SCREAM AT YHE LOOSER AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS AND SAY KIMYE FOREVER.”
