Kanye West Denies Kim Kardashian’s Wish To Get Divorced!

Kanye West is not down with Kim Kardashian’s plans to get a divorce.

The “Donda” rapper has just objected his estranged wife’s petition to legally separate and end their nearly eight-year marriage.

According to TMZ, Kanye’s legal team filed new legal documents in response to Kim's petition to get the judge to declare her single before all the custody and property issues are resolved.

That hearing is set to take place early next month, but the SKIMS founder is adamant about becoming legally single.

Why would Kanye be so stubborn, you might ask??

Well, the rap star’s lawyer seems to think Kim might remarry and move some of their assets to her separate accounts.

Per the outlet, Kanye seems chill with Kim wanting to obtain her single status, but he wants safeguards in place so the assets remain as marital property.

Kanye will agree to Kim’s single status once three conditions are agreed upon, which Kim has already denied.

1. If either of them dies, he wants to make sure any money that might be owing to either gets reimbursed.
2. Kanye wants to block Kim from transferring assets out of any trust they created.
3. He wants Kim to waive their marital privilege pending a final custody decision.

Basically, he wants anything and everything said between the two of them on legal record.

In the event Kim does remarry, Kanye would want her to waive any spousal privilege between her and her new husband.

As you may know, Kim is currently dating Pete Davidson, which Kanye hasn't exactly enjoyed.

He’s done everything in his social media power to drag, trash and berate the ‘SNL’ star.

On Thursday alone he made a handful of posts aimed at Pete and a 2018 ‘SNL’ sketch he did.

Ye posted a screenshot of the ‘SNL’ comedian wearing a parody MAGA hat saying, “Make Kanye 2006 Again.”

“HI SKETE,” Kanye wrote in all-caps again. “YOU GOT ANYMORE MENTAL HEALTH JOKES FOR ME?”

After posting this screenshot, Ye then followed it up by posting a snippet of the sketch.

In the ‘SNL’ sketch Pete says, “Kanye, I know you’re like, ‘Yo this is the real me. I’m off the meds.’ Take ‘em. No shame in the medicine game. I’m on ‘em. It’s great. Take ‘em, there’s nothing wrong, take ‘em. If I ever got on a plane and the pilot said, ‘I just want all you to know this is the REAL me flying,’ I’d jump out. Being mentally ill is not an excuse to act like a jacka**.”

Ye captioned the post, “This boy thought he could get away with performing this sketch for the team that wrote this for him This is not harassment This is payback.”

Not sure if there is more to come in the terms of Ye’s “payback,” but Pete doesn’t appear to be bothered by the threat.

Earlier this week, Kim reached out to Kanye about his incessant threats and comments about her boyfriend.

He posted a screenshot of his private text conversation with his estranged wife and in it she wrote, “There are dangerous people out there and this is scary and it doesn’t have to be.”

Ye responded to Kim’s text, “I will always do everything to protect you and our family forever and I listened yo you and told everyone to. Make sure nothing physical happens to Skete.”

On Valentine’s Day, the “Donda” rapper also sent Kim dozens upon dozens of rose bouquets to her Hidden Hills mansion.

The Blast exclusively learned the roses were “intended for her,” but the roses and publicity weren’t what Kim wanted.
