Barron Hilton Expecting 2nd Child With Wife Tessa: 'It Wasn't Planned'

Barron Hilton II and Tessa Hilton are blessed with baby no. 2!

The eldest son of hoteliers Richard and Kathy Hilton, 32, and his wife, 27, are expecting their second child. According to People, the couple will welcome the baby by the end of summer.

"We are so excited!" the couple said in a statement.

The pair also revealed that the pregnancy "wasn't planned, but we've realized that the best things in life never are."

They have also "decided to wait until the baby's birth to discover the gender," adding, "The baby is due at the end of summer, which will make Milou and baby exactly 2.5 years apart."

Barron and Tessa welcomed their first baby, daughter Milou Alizée, in March 2020.

At the time, the socialite and German royal announced their newborn’s arrival with a sweet selfie. Tessa, who was dressed in her hospital gown, cuddled her little one against her chest as she gazed at the camera. Meanwhile, Barron was caught looking down at his sleeping daughter, who wore a striped baby beanie and wrapped in a white blanket.

"Welcome to the world our baby girl!" Tessa captioned the share. "Milou Alizée Hilton ? 03.11.2020."

Barron and Tessa opened up to the magazine about the meaning behind their daughter's name, saying, "We found the name Milou from where we met — Pointe Milou in St. Barths. We thought it was only fitting."

As for her middle name, they explained, "Alizée, means 'trade winds' in French," adding, "The winds of the island are what brought us together and then a few years later, it is what brought us Milou. She is a gift from the island."

The lovebirds met on the French-speaking Caribbean island in 2016 and held their wedding there in June 2018.

In 2017, Barron popped the big question to Tessa with a gorgeous pear-shaped diamond ring. He shared the news of their engagement on Instagram, calling his bride-to-be the "girl of my dreams."

Barron is not the only Hilton who's expecting another bundle of joy. His older sister, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, 38, is pregnant with her third child with husband James Rothschild, 37. According to a source, they will also welcome their new addition to the family sometime in the summer and that "the sex of the baby is still unknown."

The couple, who tied the knot in 2015 at Kensington Palace, is already parents to daughters Lily Grace Victoria, 5, and Theodora "Teddy" Marilyn, 4.

Last month, Andy Cohen congratulated Paris Hilton, 40, and her mother Kathy Hilton, 62, on Nicky’s pregnancy during an episode of "Watch Watch Happens Live with Andy Cohen." The host asked whether they knew the gender of the unborn child.

"I don’t think they’re going to find out," the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum answered. "We never did, so, I don’t know, whatever floats your boat."
