Kelly Rizzo remembers her late husband Bob Saget's sweet gestures.
Bob Saget's Romantic Side
The Eat Travel Rock blogger, 42, celebrated Valentine's Day by reposting a 2021 cooking video of her and the comedian to her Instagram Story. The clip was perfect for the occasion as they were making Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes for a "fancy lunch."
Rizzo added a note to the video, writing: "Bob always thought it was kind of a silly holiday, but still always sent me the most gorgeous roses you've ever seen — see behind me… and always showered me with love… like he did every single day."
Always The Comedian
The footage was originally uploaded to Rizzo's TikTok account in 2021.
"We're celebrating Valentine's Day today," Rizzo said in the video. "Well, she is," Saget joked.

Thanking Fans For The Support
"The authorities have determined that Bob passed from head trauma," the family revealed. "They have concluded that he accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it and went to sleep. No drugs or alcohol were involved."
They continued, "In the weeks since Bob’s passing, we have been overwhelmed with the incredible outpouring of love from Bob’s fans, which has been a great comfort to us and for which we are eternally grateful," adding, "Now that we have the final conclusions from the authorities’ investigation, we felt it only proper that the fans hear those conclusions directly from us."

On Wednesday, February 9, Rizzo marked one month since Saget's passing by posting a video montage of the couple. She recalled their bonding over food.
"One month without this incredible man. Bob truly lived life to its fullest," she wrote in the caption.
The journalist also noted that Saget "had so many hardships over the years that he would always tell me 'look, life is hard, we need to enjoy it as much as possible.' And one of the best ways we did that together was sharing and exploring amazing food around the world."
She added, "We were in our happy place together whenever we were out at a restaurant, hotel lobby bar, or even our own kitchen when I would try out a new creation on him. He was never shy about ordering, and he would even tell you to get everything on the menu that you wanted because he also wanted to see you enjoy everything to the fullest. Experiencing simple pleasures in life like that brought him so much joy. I can’t even put into words how much I will miss this."
