Gisele Bündchen gave husband Tom Brady a lasting gift for Valentine's Day!

The former Victoria's Secret angel, 41, showed off her gift for the former NFL star, 44, on February 14, which she described on social media as something that can "make the world greener." See it below.

Bündchen went on Instagram and greeted her man with a happy Valentine's Day, adding two sweet snaps of the couple and a screenshot of her present.

"The Devil Wears Prada" star, who rocked a gray top, cozied up to Brady, who wore his "TB12" cap and an off-white, button-down shirt, in the first two pictures.

"Happy Valentines day hubby!" Bündchen began.

"Hope you like your gift. Let’s grow some love and make the world greener! Te amo ❤️" she continued.

She also added a Portuguese translation for her Brazilian fans.

Bündchen gifted Brady trees for Valentine's Day through the Nature Conservancy, a global conservation organization dedicated to conserving the lands and waters on which all life depends.

According to their website, "The Nature Conservancy's Plant a Billion Trees campaign is a major forest restoration effort with a goal of planting a billion trees across the planet."

The seven-time Super Bowl champ loved his wife's gift as he commented under the post, writing: "I’m all for that‼️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

Fans of the pair reacted to Bündchen's gift to Brady, while some gushed at their pictures. Within six hours of posting, the share had already amassed over 341,000 likes and more than 2,100 comments.

Bündchen has always shown her love and support for Brady. Earlier this month, the former football quarterback announced his retirement from the NFL.

"This is difficult for me to write, but here it goes: I am not going to make that competitive commitment anymore," Brady wrote in a post. "I have loved my NFL career, and now it is time to focus my time and energy on other things that require my attention."

"I am so proud of what we have achieved. My teammates, coaches, fellow competitors, and fans deserve 100% of me, but right now, it’s best I leave the field of play to the next generation of dedicated and committed athletes,” he continued, adding, "The future is exciting. I am going to take it day by day. I know for sure I want to spend a lot of time giving to others and trying to enrich people’s lives, just as so many have done for me."

Bündchen shared a post where she commemorated Brady's successful football career.

"When I met you over 15 years ago, I didn’t know the first thing about football. But cheering for you and seeing you do what you love most made me learn about this wonderful game to the point that I seriously believed I knew more than the referees! We always had a special champions playlist for every drive on our way to the game. As a family, we always prayed for you, celebrated and supported you in every game, cheered every win and suffered with every loss."
