Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran reunited once again to give fans another heartstopping collaboration!
Taylor Swift & Ed Sheeran Collaborations: A Quick History!
In 2012, their first collaboration was released on Taylor Swift's "Red" album. The song was called "Everything Has Changed" and it was a massive hit with fans! Here's a look at the music video which featured two young child actors who turned out to be really important to this newest collaboration!
However, that was not the first song they ever wrote together. In 2021, Ed revealed that they had actually written a song together called "Run" that never made it to the cut of the first album. However, Taylor finally released the song when she dropped "Red (Taylor's Version)" late last year.
There's no official music video for the song, but fans can watch Taylor's autumn-themed lyric video for the song below!
Okay... So Why Is 'Everything Has Changed' Important To This New Collab?
After Ed Sheeran dropped a 30-second teaser to the music video on Thursday night, fans couldn't help but think that the kids looked an awful lot like the kids in the "Everything Has Changed" music video, prompting many to believe that the newest collaboration, called "The Joker and the Queen" isn't just another collaboration... it's a sequel to their first released collaboration!

Not going to lie, I'm a bit upset that the music video for Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift's 'The Joker and the Queen' doesn't actually contain any footage of Ed Sheeran or Taylor Swift 🙃
