As for the 70-year-old lady comment, it appears BS is referencing 69-year-old Epic Records CEO Sylvia Rhone. It should be noted, Rhone is regarded as one of the most influential female executives in the history of the music industry. She has held senior positions at all three major record companies and was the first woman to be named CEO of a major record label owned by a Fortune 500 company. Plus, she is the first African American woman in history to receive that title.
