Cardi B is contemplating announcing her son's name in the most permanent way possible — with a new tattoo!
The 29-year-old welcomed her second child and son with her husband Offset in 2021. However, the doting parents haven't disclosed their baby's name.
This question may soon be answered as the renowned rapper revealed on Twitter that there was a slim chance she would debut the boy's name with a face ink.
Cardi B May Tattoo Her Son's Name On Her Face
Last month, the "WAP" artist teased fans with a tweet that indicated the mother-of-two was considering sharing her son's name with a dramatic facial tattoo. The rapper wrote:
"Random but….I’m 1% close too tatting my sons name on my face….I really really wanna do it!"
Although the Grammy winner's admirers have been anxiously waiting for the married couple to reveal their newborn's name, they were not in support of Cardi's plan.
Many were quick to shut down the idea, pointing out that the singer's beauty would be marred by a facial artwork, while others implored the "Up" rapper to tattoo her son's name elsewhere.
A few fans were bold enough to suggest that the Hip-hop Queen have her husband debut the ink as the Migos member was no stranger to facial tattoos.
On the same note, neither was his wife as the "Love & Hip Hop: New York" alum's body was adorned with various tattoos, as reported by CheatSheet.

The entertainer's most distinctive artwork framed the right part of her body in the form of a giant peacock. This enormous tattoo covers the rapper's right hip, her thigh, and extends to her back.
The "Bodak Yellow" songstress other inks include the names of her husband and sister, a cheetah, the phrase "loyalty over royalty," plus tattoos that represented people from her past.
Given her passion for body art, there was a high chance that the 6-time AMA winner could add her son's name to the list or perhaps let Offset do it.
The dynamic duo began their whirlpool romance in 2017, which they sealed that same year with a shining diamond ring. A year later, Cardi announced the pair had secretly tied the knot.
In July 2018, the lovebirds welcomed their first child and daughter Kulture Kiari; unfortunately, these happy moments didn't last long as the couple hit stormy waters.
The pair publicly ended their relationship on various occasions and almost got divorced in 2020. Fortunately, despite their differences, the power couple reconciled and continue to be a fan-favorite item.

The 14-Time BET Award Winner Announced Her Son's Arrival On Social Media
Last year, The Blast shared that Cardi and Offset had announced the arrival of their second baby on Instagram via a sweet family post.
On September 4, the proud mother-of-two uploaded a picture of herself cradling her newborn son, whose face was tactfully hidden behind a blue shawl.
The "Be Careful" rapper and her husband gazed lovingly at the baby as they sat together on a hospital bed under a Louis Vuitton blanket.
This affectionate post was captioned with the date "9/4/21" alongside a dinosaur, teddy bear, and blue heart emojis, with the blue color indicating that the baby's gender was male.
The parents also confirmed they were blessed with a son in a joint statement released to the press, in which the couple confessed the boy's arrival elated them.

The "Hustlers" Actress Opened Up About Her Postpartum Body
Last October, The Blast revealed that Cardi wasn't afraid to flaunt her post-baby body as she got candid about motherhood on her Instagram story.
The rapper confessed that she faced severe challenges during the birth of her yet-to-be-named son, including blood loss, which contributed to what she described as her "little pouchy-pouch."
The "Money" artist used this term of endearment for her lower belly fat, which she wasn't in a rush to lose as she encouraged new moms to always heal after childbirth.
The entertainer previously won the hearts of Twitter users after sharing her battle with negative emotions following the birth of her second child.
The former VH1 star stated that she experienced random emotional outbursts and negative thoughts, which she believed were caused by "weird postpartum hormones."
