The "Poetic Justice" actress revealed that the "Cry Me A River" singer and she are good friends and often communicates despite their controversial past.

More than a decade later, Timberlake opened up about the incident during a 2018 Zane Lowe interview, claiming that he made amends with Jackson because he values their friendship.

The artist said that though he could not change the past, he hoped to learn from his mistakes. He then apologized to his friend and took accountability for what happened years ago.

The "Janet Jackson" documentary has set the star free in many ways as she has addressed several incidents, including a widespread rumor that she had a baby in the 1980s.

The Blast shared Jackson confirmed she never had a secret baby, with ex-husband James Debarge, who she gave up for adoption.

The "Why Did I Get Married" actress also debunked another rumor that she gave the baby, assumed to be one of her look-alike nieces, to her sister to raise.

Jackson clarified that she lacked the moral looseness for such acts, but the rumors took flight, primarily due to her birth control-induced weight gain.
