Britney Spears SLAYS Instagram With Workout Jam In Nippy Sports Bra & Shorts

Britney Spears just made the Internet sweat, sharing her "hot" workout routine as she jammed to one of her old songs "Work B***h" making fans wonder - is this a song for her sister?

She wore a think sports bra that let her nipples poke through but then again, considering Britney just flashed the Internet, she seems to be on a flaunting trip and the fans are naturally lapping all they can get from their Queen.

The "I'm A Slave 4 U" singer has been increasingly sharing bold videos and pictures of her on social media, proving that she is indeed a free woman now, and enjoying every bit of that hard-earned freedom.

In some recent pictures and videos from Maui, Spears showed off her enviable bikini bod in an itsy, bitsy teeny-weeny yellow polka dot (well, almost) bikini, blasting the media for always showing bad pictures of her.

The "Toxic" singer spoke about how some bug was making her lose weight and making her feel sick, although she was still working out. Wrote Spears in an Instagram post, "I wake up and my body is so little yet the war dog media hiding outside my room put me on defense just like they always have … so if you’re outside my room trying to get another cheap shot of me … please go f**k yourself and leave me alone !!!! I should be able to run around naked if I choose to..."

And seeing her in a bikini makes us think, well, she truly should be allowed to do what she pleases.

Spears's uploaded a rather cool video of her a lot at the gym. She began with stretching, moving on the weights, a gym ball, and the treadmill, wearing some cool sunglasses that had a fan say, "I'm taking my sunglasses to the gym too!!"

Dressed in a yellow sports bra and black shorts, Britney put her body to hard work as she did some yoga, including one complete back-bend pose, looking like a million bucks.

She jammed to her song, "Work B***h" from 2013 and fans loved her all the more for it, writing, "It’s the “let me a workout to my own song” for me honey" and "I love seeing you with your own iconic songs queen!!" There were plenty more requests from her fans for some new music from Britney, some encouraging her, by saying, "You better work queen. We’re waiting patiently for your comeback."

That said, given that Britney has been less than complimentary about her younger sister, Jamie Lynn's new book, calling her out, fans feel that the song's title could be another dig at her. As one Instagram user wrote, "A song for your 'sister'."

Meanwhile, like always, Spears' fiance Sam Asghari remains her ardent social media fan as he sent her a "Wow" with muscle emojis.

Two months ago, Asghari wrote her a lovely message for her birthday, "I call you Lioness because I admire your relentless strength, I’m inspired by your beautiful heart, I celebrate your smile that lights up my world. "

Britney also seems to rely on him a lot, as her recent fever bout also showed fans. When none of her guards got her medicine, it was Asghari who finally did, making fans wonder, is Britney truly free?

She does seem heart-whole and happy in the workout video at least, so maybe, as one fan pointed out, her recent posts are her way of "healing."
