Danica Dow's restraining order against ex-boyfriend and co-star Brett Willis has been dismissed after she was a no-show to the court hearing.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a judge ordered a restraining order to be tossed after the reality star failed to show up to a hearing this week in Los Angeles County Courts.
The court's order reveals Willis was present for the January 26, 2022 hearing, prepared to defend himself against the allegations. But, the court noted that there was "no appearance" by Danica Dow and says based on that fact and there is "no contact between the parties" -- the restraining order should be "discharged" and "dissolved."
'Vanderpump Rules' Star Danica Dow, No-Show At Restraining Order Hearing
We broke the story, the 'Vanderpump Rules'star filed legal documents claiming she needed protection from the former SUR bartender. Fans of the show will recognize the names after Danica was put on suspension from the restaurant for allegedly getting physical with him. Lisa Vanderpump issued her employee a 2-week suspension at the time.
Brett responded to the restraining order, saying, "I want to handle this amicably. We got in an argument at a house party. We're around a lot of her girlfriends and I'm sure it looked like I was the bad guy. It was nothing physical, but it was an aggressive argument on both sides. For me, I want her to retract everything. We work at the same establishment and I want us to be able to work and keep it professional and amicable. Our relationship was toxic and it's not there anymore. I still love her, but I also have to look out for myself."

Danica didn't appreciate the statement and said, "Brett's version of these events is a complete lie. Brett kept trying to follow me around the party into different rooms and harass me."
It's possible the reason for not showing up to the court hearing is that Danica has gone public with a new relationship, confirming the new boyfriend on social media.
As we reported, Dow opened up about her dislike for another cast member -- Jax Taylor -- saying in an interview, "He’s gross. He and I never even talked before then. Because SUR is huge. We don’t even talk at work because I work in the restaurant and he works in the lounge."

Adding, "He didn’t say one nice thing to me the entire time we were filming or just look my direction at all. He can honestly f--k off. Like, I could care less."
Of course, 'Vanderpump Rules' fans are busy gossiping about the massive news shared on the reunion show -- including James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss announcing their split.
"We have decided to break off the engagement. It’s been something that I have been thinking about for a while, and I think that James has noticed that my heart hasn’t been fully in it," Leviss said.
Adding, "I didn’t want to give up on him because he really has shown me how dedicated he is to me and the things that he is willing to do to better himself. But I feel like it is something deep within. I have been having nightmares about our wedding day, and I think that’s a telltale sign that something is wrong."
Can't wait for the next season!
