Actor Moses J. Moseley has passed away.
The actor, who had achieved fame on “The Walking Dead” by playing one of Michonne’s guard zombies, was found dead at the age of 31.
His body was found in Stockbridge, Georgia, which is located southeast of Atlanta. Authorities are still investigating his cause of death, although multiple reports are suggesting that Moses may have taken his own life. TMZ reported that a family member told them that Moses had died from a gunshot wound.
His manager, Tabatha Minchew, confirmed his death in a statement to The Independent.
“Everyone loved Moses. He never met a stranger,” he said. “He loved his fans as much as his family and friends. He was always excited to get auditions and work.”
“He was a great friend for 10 years or more,” she continued. “He was the kind of person who you could call in the middle of the night if you needed to talk or needed anything. He will be deeply missed by so many, his friends, family, costars, and fans.”
Many took to social media to express condolences for the loss of the late actor, who also appeared in HBO’s “Watchmen” and 2013’s “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.”
