Kanye West's New Girlfriend, Julia Fox, Used To Date Rapper Drake?!

Kanye Westis having a rough day after new reports surfaced his new girlfriend was previously in a relationship with his rival rapper Drake!

According to reports, Julia Fox is now in the middle of what was one of hip-hop's nastiest feuds, reportedly having had a secret romance with Drake a year before she started dating Kanye West.

The 'Hotline Bling' rapper allegedly showered the actress with expensive gifts, including two Birkin bags, something that Kanye is not too happy about. Drake reportedly reached out to Julia over Instagram, complimenting her on her role in Adam Sandler's drama, 'Uncut Gems,' according to Page Six. 

The actress was coming off of a relationship with Peter Artemiev, and she decided to connect with Drake via social media. Fast forward to February of 2020, and the Toronto-based rapper joined Fox for drinks at the Bowery Hotel. Drake followed up by attending a promotional event Fox had at Bloomingdales, and "they closed down the story so he could visit" with Julia.

According to the story, Fox flew to Los Angeles around Valentine's day where she was showered with gifts including two Birkin bags, costing a minimum of $20,000 each.

"Then she went to [his hometown] Toronto to stay with him," an insider told the outlet.

The romantic trip was only cut short after the COVID-19 outbreak forced the actress to return to the states early. "They were closing the border, and she had to get back home."

Now, normally this wouldn't be an issue, considering celebrities co-mingle and date each other all the time. But, Kanye and Drake have a very colored past including a nasty feud that culminated in Drake saying, "My goal is to surpass everything he's accomplished." Also, Drake released a record saying "Kiki, do you love me," which many believed to be a shadow shout-out to Kim Kardashian, who lives down the street for Drake.

The bitterness between the two mega-stars boiled over after Pusha T released a track, produced by Kanye, alleging he secretly fathered a son was a "deadbeat" dad. Drake has since acknowledged his son and shares photos and videos of his boy on social media.

Again, it's unclear if Kanye was aware of the connection with Drake before starting to date Julia Fox. If not, this morning's breakfast conversation might have been an awkward one!

It should be noted, Kanye and Drake buried the hatchet and performed together for a 'Free Larry Hoover' concert in Los Angeles. Of course, this was BEFORE he started dating the actress.

Kanye West is making huge headlines this morning after allegedly spreading rumors his ex-wife's new boyfriend, Pete Davidson has AIDS. It's an unbelievable thing to be saying about the 'SNL' star, especially if it's just coming from a place of bitterness towards the relationship. Unfortunately, it might open Kanye up to huge legal liability if Davidson decides to take legal action, or if the rumor costs him in any way.
