Emma Roberts Flies To Costa Rica To 'Reset' Amid Garrett Hedlund Split

Emma Roberts is taking a much-needed vacation after splitting from her longtime boyfriend, Garrett Hedlund.

The "American Horror Story" star, 30, shared more snaps from her trip in Costa Rica, and fans are all over her eye-popping uploads. Roberts took to Instagram today to post some photos of herself at a wellness resort, leaving followers in awe of her fit physique. Check them out below.

The actress enjoyed a little R&R in Central America amid her split from the "Tron: Legacy" actor, 37, with whom she shares son Rhodes, 1.

In the first photo, Roberts was seen relaxing in a natural pool surrounded by nature. She wore an orange swimsuit that boasted a plunging neckline exposing her décolletage and thin straps that clung to her shoulders. While she floated in the previous snap, the "Unfabulous" star faced the camera in the next slide, where she flashed a big smile.

The third photo showed Roberts standing on a small wooden board near the river. She was probably mediating there as she was surrounded by crystals and tiny bottles possibly filled with oils. This time, the actress sported black cycling shorts in addition to her one-piece. She stood on the rocks in the last pic, and she was seemingly laughing while the shot was taken.

According to the post's geotag, Roberts stayed at the Hacienda AltaGracia, an 864-acre property with 50- spacious casitas from the Auberge Resorts Collection.

Hacienda AltaGracia is the first Auberge Resort in the region. As per Condé Nast Traveler magazine, the casitas overlooked the mountains of San Ysidro Valley.

"The most beautiful reset possible in my new favorite place ?" Roberts wrote in the caption. "@thewell @altagraciaauberge @aubergeresorts the most magnificent setting, the kindest people, the most mind blowing experiences ?"

She concluded her message with, "can’t wait to get back!"

Roberts' wellness retreat came just a few days after news broke she and Hedlund called it quits after three years of being together.

As reported by The Blast, the couple parted ways a few weeks prior, following a rocky patch in their relationship.

"It’s sad, and they are trying their best to co-parent. It’s been hard," an insider said.

Roberts and Hedlund started dating in March 2019 and welcomed their first child in December 2020. Roberts shared Rhodes' photo and his name on Instagram.

"Thank you 2020 for getting one thing right," she captioned the share. "Our bright light Rhodes Robert Hedlund."

A source revealed that the "Country Strong" star "totally stepped it up" to support Roberts after giving birth to their son amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Having a newborn in the pandemic has been a lot harder than either of them expected, but they're really, really trying their best to figure things out," said the source. "Garrett totally stepped it up after Emma was still recovering after giving birth."

Fans speculated their split since last year when Roberts attended Paris Hilton’s wedding solo in November. At the event, she was spotted holding hands with another man — Britney Spears’ longtime supervisor Cade Hudson, 34. However, they are not a thing. Roberts and Hudson are best friends and have been for many years.

Some eagle-eyed social media users also noticed that Hedlund has been missing from Roberts' feed for months. He then made an appearance during their baby's first birthday.

They had a rodeo-themed party for their little boy and wore matching checkered tops, as seen on a picture shared on Roberts’ account. Hedlund was seen standing behind Roberts with his back to the camera.

"Happy Birthday Rodeo! Frosting in my hair and @thebeatbuds stuck in my head," she wrote in the caption. "Loved every second of it ❤️ I love you Rhodes ❤️"

After the split, Hedlund is also moving on with his life and he started by making an Instagram account. The actor also announced that he's dropping his new single soon.

"Been cookin’ somethin’ up in the studio for the past couple of months, and now I finally get to share it with the world: my first single as a solo artist, “The Road,” comes out this Friday, 01/21!" he wrote in the caption.

However, Hedlund was arrested for public intoxication in Franklin, Tennessee. He was charged with a misdemeanor arrest and a bond placed at $2,100, as reported by TMZ.
