Ray J Following In Kanye's Footsteps, Meets With Donald Trump

Kim Kardashian clearly has a type in men… or used to at least.

The SKIMs founder’s ex-boyfriend, Ray J, whom she made the infamous sex tape with, recently met with former President Donald Trump.

As you may know, Kim’s estranged husband, Kanye ‘Ye’ West, was a huge supporter of Trump and “Making America Great Again.”

Interesting how the timeline of these events are all falling into place, because Ye recently said there was a second sex tape Kim and Ray J made.

We’ll get to the messy drama in just a bit, but here’s why Ray J was spending time with the former prez.

The rapper turned entrepreneur visited Trump’s Mar-A-Lago club on Tuesday, January 25.

Ray J’s longtime manager confirmed toPage Six that he visited Trump to discuss initiatives he’d like to put into action for entrepreneurs and young business professionals.

He would also like to help raise awareness for various political issues he is passionate about.

“I’ve always admired and respected his business acumen,” Ray J told the outlet. “Our conversation was about job creation, encouraging small business development and how Information Technology plays an important role in the future of our economy.”

Interestingly enough, Ray J says Trump is concerned about the future workforce and their education.

“We also agree how important an educated workforce is, as well as the critical need of developing of young people. I’m ready to get started now!”

But the good times between Ray J and Trump won’t be stopping there.

The two already have a follow-up meeting in place in order to put into action many of the ideas that were discussed at Mar-A-Lago Club.

As previously mentioned, Kanye was a big supporter of Trump while he was in office and met with him at the White House.

Kanye sported his red “Make America Great Again” hat, and discussed prison reform, racism, tax breaks and more with Trump back in 2018.

However, when Kanye but his bid in the hat during the 2020 presidential run, all ties were cut between the two.

In an interview with Forbes, the rapper said point blank, “I am taking the red hat off, with this interview.”

In regards to Trump's actions while in the Oval Office, Kanye said, “It looks like one big mess to me. I don’t like that I caught wind that he hid in the bunker.”

And here’s where things get even more interesting between Ray J and Kanye, and no we aren’t talking about their Kim connection.

Ray J explained to Page Six that he has political ambitions as well. He too has considered running for office one day.

Ahead of the 2020 election, the “Love & Hip Hop” star sat down with Variety telling them, “It’s definitely a different kind of election coming up. It’s something very original with this one. The choices people have to pick from… we’ll see. It’s just a different dynamic now, but all for the greater good.”

He added, “I just figure we need to stick with trying to fix what’s broken in America, like the bigger topics of things. Try to really put our focus on change and helping people, and really try to do good for the country.”

Alright, now for the Kim/Ray J second sex tape.

Earlier this week, Hollywood Unlocked uploaded a multiple videos of Jason Lee’s interview with Kanye West.

In the interview, Ye claims he personally picked up a laptop from Ray J that contained a second sex tape between him and Kim.

“After I went, and went and got the laptop from Ray J myself that night, right, and then got on a red-eye. I met this man at the airport and got on a red-eye, came back delivered it to her [Kim] at 8 AM in the morning. And then, I gave it to her and she cried when she saw it,” Ye said.

Contrary to Ye’s statements and storyline, Kim has denied there’s a second sex tape.

A rep for Kardashian denied to E! News in a statement that the second tape had any lascivious footage. “After review, there was nothing sexual unseen, only footage on the plane on the way to Mexico and footage at a club and restaurant on the same trip,” the rep reportedly told E! “Kim remains firm in her belief that there is no new second tape that exists. After 20 years, she truly wishes to move on from this chapter with focus instead on the positive things she continues to do as a mother, entrepreneur and advocate for justice reform.”

Ray J also chimed in on Wednesday, January 26, tweeting, “This needs to stop. I also have kids.”
