Nicholas Braun was just involved in a massive car accident where one of the cars burst into flames, and he is lucky to be alive!

The'Succession' star -- who plays cousin Greg -- in the extremely popular television show, was parked on a street in L.A. when a driver slammed into his parked car. The accident was brutal, and the impact was so bad, the other car burst into flames.

"This guy hit my parked car today, I watched it happen. It was crazy," the Succession star captioned the stunning photos. Braun documented the entire thing on his Instagram stories, which included a video of someone trying to put the flames out with a fire extinguisher.

"It caught fire pretty quickly. This guy came outta nowhere with the extinguisher," he continued.

It appears Nicholas was not in the car when the person slammed into the back of his Cadillac Escalade. If so, he could have been seriously injured, or trapped in the burning vehicles. Shockingly, it looks like his car was in the very front of the accident, and suffered the least amount of damage of the group of vehicles.

"My car is fine. Just gotta pop out these dents and it's good to go," Braun joked -- showing off the final damage to his SUV. To be clear, the car appears to be undrivable, and cousin Greg seems to be using that sarcastic humor we have grown to love on the show. Again, he is a lucky man for not being in the car when the other person slammed into his vehicle.

If you haven't watched 'Succession' -- you should. It's a hugely popular television show and finally got acknowledgment from the bigwigs in Hollywood.

After receiving zero nominations for its first two seasons, the show finally broke through at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, receiving five nominations. Brian Cox, Kieran Culkin, and Jeremy Strong made the cut, and the show received a drama ensemble nomination. Sarah Snook was tapped for a drama actress nomination.

Interestingly, the Season 3 ending stunned fans of the show and actually had a few issues according to one of the leading actors, Brian Cox. The 75-year-old actor appeared on Andy Cohen's radio show and discussed the show's success and brutal ending.

"I thought the ending was quite provocative," Cox admitted.

He continued, "I think the ending was great. I kind of knew it was going to end in that way. I didn't know it was going to be quite -- that I was going to, sort of, blast the family in the way I did. I thought it was going to be a bit more subtle than that, but it wasn't, which is fine. It wasn't subtle at all."

"I had a quarrel with my choice of the edit," he added.

At the time, Cox believed they should have focused on his youngest son, Roman -- played by Kieran Culkin -- and focused less on Shive (Sarah Snook.)

"[Roman] was the one who really … you know, they focused on Shiv, which was okay and it was a choice, a directorial choice, but I felt there was a wonderful moment … that was cut when [Roman] actually gets blasted by Frank," he said.

Well, in the end, the show appears to be continuing on...and cousin Greg is lucky he will be able to make the upcoming filming!
