Fans Wish Ellen DeGeneres A Happy 64th Birthday!

Ellen DeGeneres turns 64 today!

Ellen was born on January 26, 1958, in Metairie, Louisiana. She married her wife Portia de Rossi in 2008.

Many know Ellen DeGeneres as the host of her daytime talk show, "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," which has been on the air since 2003. Before that, she starred in her sitcom "Ellen" from 1994 to 1998. In addition to being a talk show host, DeGeneres is also an actress, writer, producer, and comedian.

Ellen DeGeneres started performing stand-up comedy in the 1980s, which included an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson” in 1986.

Ellen has been the voice of Dory in 2003’s animated film “Finding Nemo” and reprised her role in its sequel, 2016’s “Finding Dory.” Ellen was presented with the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role, which marked the first time that an actress won a Saturn Award for a vocal performance.

In addition to hosting the Academy Awards, the Grammy Awards, and the Primetime Emmys, Ellen also wrote four books and started a record company called Eleveneleven. She also has her own production company called A Very Good Production.

She has won 30 Emmy Awards and 20 People’s Choice Awards, which makes her the top PCA winner in history. She has also won numerous other awards, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2016. Ellen also received the Carol Burnett Award at the Golden Globes in January 2020. She was the first person to receive the award.
