Cardi B is speaking out after her glorious victory against gossip blogger, Tasha K!
The iconic rapper and creative director of Playboy magazine issued a candid statement following her million-dollar win against the Youtuber in a defamation lawsuit.
On Tuesday, January 25, TheShadeRoom shared the "Bodak Yellow" singer's touching message on Instagram, detailing the 29-year-old's emotional ordeal.
Cardi B Endured Defamation For Almost Four Years
After a long and difficult battle against the "unWinewithTashak" host, the chart-topping rapper couldn't be happier with her remarkable victory.
In her statement, the mother-of-two revealed that her success didn't come easy as the "Up" artist endured "repeated libel and slander" for nearly four years.
Cardi confessed that she felt "completely helpless and vulnerable" because she thought the truth would never be revealed and her attacker would escape justice.
Given the pain and humiliation the 29-year-old received, it was only natural that she expressed her profound gratitude to Judge Ray, the jury, and her legal team for conducting an impartial trial.
The New Yorker's gratitude also extended to her close friends and family members for their unyielding love and support during the nerve-wracking case.
The "Love & Hip Hop: New York" alum stated that the world "learned about the darkest time" of her life through a malicious medium regarding the defamation lawsuit. In the entertainer's words:
"During this trial, all of you have learned about the darkest time in my life. That moment in time was fueled by the vile, disgusting, and completely false narratives that were repeatedly and relentlessly being shared online."
The Grammy winner pointed out that she had never taken her fame nor the platform it gave her for granted, which was why she painstakingly dedicated three years to uncover the truth.
However, the creative director didn't want justice solely for herself as she mentioned that the "intentional harm" done to her was faced by numerous people.

The "WAP" songstress implored fans to take a united stand against cyberbullying, affirming that society shouldn't turn their backs against "blatant lies, false content, and unchecked behavior" on social media platforms like YouTube.
The "Hustlers" actress understood the power of social media since it helped launch her career and promoted iconic movements such as "Black Lives Matter, Stop Asian Hate, and Women's Rights."
Nonetheless, the good side of the internet couldn't be compared to the bad, as countless souls took their lives because of "cyberbullying and intentional attacks."
The "I Like It" rapper hoped her trial victory would inspire social media platforms to check the toxic behaviors in their communities as most victims couldn't defend themselves like the Hip-hop star.
In the post's caption, TheShadeRoom revealed that the chart-topper was awarded a total of $3.8 million after Tasha and her company KebeStudios LLC were found guilty of defamation and invasion of privacy.
The 8-Time Billboard Music Award Winner's Victory Was A Bittersweet Moment
The Blast previously reported that the "Press" singer had mixed feelings about her victory against the celebrity gossip blogger despite cashing out from the libel case.
The 29-year-old took to Twitter to share her feelings following the end of the emotional trial. The mother-of-two wrote, "Why am I happy but sad at the same time?"
In response, fans tried to cheer the entertainer by analyzing her emotions. Most people agreed that the songstress felt happy because justice was served, while Tasha's actions caused her sadness.
In 2019, the Youtuber dragged Cardi's name in the mud by falsely accusing the "Rhythm + Flow" star of prostitution, substance addiction, and infidelity.
The blogger also claimed that the "Money" rapper contracted STIs when she worked as a stripper. At the time, the Hip-hop star filed a lawsuit against Tasha for her defamatory remarks.
However, the battle didn't end until a 2-week intense trial in January 2022. The Blast shared that the "F9" actress was traumatized by the blogger's actions during the case.
The "Be Careful" singer confessed to the court that she considered taking her life because of the hurtful statements made on the "unWinewithTashak" show.
According to eyewitnesses, the chart-topper broke down in tears as she recalled feeling unworthy of her husband Offset and their daughter Kulture, who the pair welcomed at the time of the incident.
