Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers had some harsh words for President Joe Biden over the COVID-19 pandemic.
Aaron Rodgers has become a polarizing figure in the COVID-19 vaccine debate after he insisted that he was “immunized” against COVID-19 in a press conference back in August 2021.

During a preseason press conference, Rodgers had said that he was “immunized” against COVID-19.
“Yeah, I’ve been immunized,” Rodgers said at the time. “There’s a lot of conversation around it, around the league, and a lot of guys who have made statements and not made statements, owners who have made statements. There’s guys on the team that haven’t been vaccinated. I think it’s a personal decision. I’m not going to judge those guys.”
In November, Rodgers appeared on “The Pat McAfee Show” to address some of his opinions about the COVID-19 vaccine.
“Look, I’m not, you know, some sort of anti-vax flat-earther. I am somebody who is a critical thinker,” Rodgers said during the interview.
He added, “I believe strongly in bodily autonomy and ability to make choices for your body: Not have to acquiesce to some woke culture or crazed group of individuals who say you have to do something. Health is not a one-size-fits-all for everybody.”
Rodgers Says He Is Suffering From COVID Toe… Or Is He?

On November 23, Rodgers again went on “The Pat McAfee Show” to say that he was suffering from “COVID Toe.”
Medically referred to as “pernio” or “chilblains,” a new study found that COVID Toe is often found in children and young adults who have tested positive for COVID-19. According to WebMD, the condition causes toes – or even fingers – to swell and turn bright red or purple. There might also be purple-brown spots that look like bruising. Although some people don’t feel anything, others can experience blisters, itching, pain, raised bumps, painful bumps, areas of rough skin, and pus.
However, at another press conference, Rodgers put his bare foot on full display and insisted that he did not have COVID toe. He demanded that the media apologize for reporting that he had COVID toe and also claimed that he had “never heard of COVID toe” before host Pat McAfee mentioned it in the interview.

In late December, Rodgers appeared on “The Pat McAfee Show” and doubled down on his COVID-19 stance, saying that “The one frustration I have is that throughout all of this there hasn’t been any conversation about health,” Rogers said. “I don’t understand why society & the NFL hasn’t talked about legitimate Covid treatment options.”
He stated that “society” is not doing enough research on monoclonal antibodies, which is not exactly true, as the FDA has already given emergency use authorization for this treatment in 2020.
Aaron Rodgers Takes A Jab At President Joe Biden Over Vaccine Mandates
Aaron Rodgers disappointed football fans this weekend after the Green Bay Packers lost to the San Francisco 49ers (13-10) in Saturday’s divisional playoff game.
However, he disappointed even more fans by doubling down on his COVID-19 stance and targeted President Joe Biden’s administration in an interview with ESPN that was published the day before the big game. Rodgers apparently took offense with the way that President Biden referred to a “pandemic of the unvaccinated” while touring tornado damage in Kentucky.
“When the president of the United States says, ‘This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated,’ it’s because him and his constituents, which, I don’t know how there are any if you watch any of his attempts at public speaking, but I guess he got 81 million votes,” Rodgers said.
“But when you say stuff like that, and then you have the CDC, which — how do you even trust them? — but then they come out and talk about 75% of the COVID deaths have at least four comorbidities,” he continued. “And you still have this fake White House set saying that this is the pandemic of the unvaccinated, that’s not helping the conversation.”
CBS News had previously captured a clip of President Biden saying “Tell that quarterback he’s got to get his vaccine” while touring tornado damage in Kentucky after comforting a woman who was wearing a Packers jersey.
