In September, Teigen posted a video on Instagram that showed her laying on a yoga mat during a workout session while her kids Luna, 5, and Miles, 3, made it difficult for her to finish her routine. In the caption, the TV personality opened up about her sobriety as she celebrated a milestone moment in her journey.

"Today is my 50 day sobriety streak! it should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road. This is my longest streak yet! I still dunno if I’ll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way," Teigen wrote.

"I don’t get more fun, I don’t dance, I don’t get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night. I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!!! this is also my third day this week working out which is unheard of for me, and my bears are notttt making it easy," she added.

Losing A Child

Around late 2020, Teigen revealed she had stopped drinking after having a difficult year. In September that year, she and her husband, John Legend, 43, suffered a pregnancy loss following pregnancy complications with their late son, Jack.

She shared the sad news on Instagram on October 1.

"We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before," Teigen captioned the share, along with a couple of photos showing the tragic event.

"We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough," she continued.
