Pete Davidson Is NOT Missing Rehearsals For 'SNL' Because Of Kim Kardashian

Pete Davidson is not slacking at work due to his new relationship with Kim Kardashian, despite a report claiming he is acting like a "diva."

According to a spokesperson for the NBC sketch comedy show, Davidson has been front and center during 'Saturday Night Live' rehearsals and hasn't missed one day of work. The statement comes after a report claiming the comedian was taking a few days off from his job to hang out with his new famous girlfriend.

"It's not true," a representative for 'SNL' said.

As we reported, a recent article by The Sun pointed out that Davidson was starting to "annoy" his fellow castmates and colleagues for "diva" style behavior that included "missing rehearsals." As you know, the creator of the show takes it very seriously, and the cast has rehearsals all week in preparation for the Saturday night airing.

The report indicated that Pete was jet-setting with his new reality star girlfriend, making a trip to Los Angeles and the Bahamas.

Kim and Pete were photographed in Los Angeles pouring on heavy PDA while eating dinner at an Italian restaurant. The new couple headed to Thrifty to pick up some ice cream afterward too. Also, Kardashian shared mind-blowing bikini photos of herself rolling around in the Bahamian sand, sporting a hat with a "P" emblazoned on the front. Luckiest guy ever?!

The NBC representative pointed out that Pete was also featured on last week's episode of the sketch comedy show, where he joked about how much fun it is dating the 'SKIMS' founder. In the sketch, 'SNL' cast member James Austin Johnson is holding a press conference in character as President Joe Biden. A futuristic-looking Davidson suddenly appears and claims to be the "real" Joe Biden, telling the President they were in an alternate universe "created as a joke starting in 2016."

"Did you really think you would lose four times and then finally win when you were 78?" Davidson jokingly asked. Adding, "Everyone is better off in the 'real world' except for one man: Pete Davidson, His world is maybe more fun for him."

Of course, Davidson's newfound love has its drawbacks. Recently, Kim's ex-husband -- Kanye West -- dropped a new track that dissed the comedian. West's song with rapper 'The Game' titled -- Easy -- leaked online and included the lyric, "God saved me from that crash / Just so I can beat Pete Davidson's a--."

The best part is that Davidson isn't worrying too much about the situation, with one source telling the NY Post, "Pete thinks it's totally hilarious,"

They continued, "Not just that — he thinks the whole [situation] is hilarious. He loves it."

Fans of the show are pumped up, Davidson is present and rehearsing for the show, which almost definitely means he will make fun of his current situation with Kim Kardashian. You know it's going to be funny.

Maybe he will convince her to make a cameo appearance?!
