John Mayer is doing good deeds for his late friend Bob Saget.

The singer, 44, made headlines last week when he picked up the late "Full House" actor's car from the airport, and now he took care of the costs of a private plane that flew Saget's body back home to Los Angeles. In addition, he has arranged a fundraising awareness on his close pal's behalf.

On January 9, the late comedian was found dead in his Ritz-Carlton hotel room in Orlando following his successful performance in Jacksonville, Florida, the night prior. He was 65 years old.

His Generosity

Mayer went with comedian Jeff Ross, 56, to retrieve the late comedian's car, which was parked in LAX. The "New Light" hitmaker shared stories about the actor on Instagram while driving his car back from the airport.

"Bob's friends are there 24/7 for [wife] Kelly [Rizzo] and his family," an insider told People.

In a report by Showbiz 411, Mayer allegedly paid for a private plane to fly Saget's body back from Florida to California. He also organized a fundraising campaign and collaborated with Jeremy Dean and Maggie Enterrios, who designed a hoodie in Saget's honor.

The clothing is reportedly sold at $54.99 a piece, and all proceeds will be sent to Saget's favorite charity -- the Sclerderma Foundation.

For A Cause

Mayer shared a photo of the hoodie on his Instagram and added a note.

"Bob Saget worked tirelessly to raise awareness and money for the Scleroderma Research Foundation, a cause that was so close to his heart," he wrote. "That’s why I asked @deansnuts and @littlepatterns to help design this hoodie to keep both his memory and the enduring fight for a cure alive. It’s available now. All proceeds go to @srfcure, link is in bio."

Saget's Sudden Passing Crushed Him

The day after Sage's death, Mayer went on Instagram and expressed his grief. His first tribute contained a message for his dear friend.

"I love you, Bob. I will never forget you. I will visit you often in my memories, and I hope I get to see you in my dreams," Mayer captioned the share, along with a blank photo. "I will tell my kids about you. I’m taking you with me forever. I love you, Bob."

He then described Saget in the second post, along with the duo's pictures.

"My brother Bob was a force of nature; a big tall love monster who would hug me and rest his head on my shoulder. His love for those around him was always accounted for," Mayer noted. "He was deep and wide and vast, and he would’ve probably made a joke about me saying ‘deep and wide.’ The man had range. I’ve met many people in my life, but when Bob crossed my path, I just held onto him, and I wasn’t letting go. I knew he was the realest thing. I would like you to know that the man you hope was as awesome as you think was way beyond what you can ever imagine. He was impossibly kind. And generous. And loving. And I have more to say so please let me do like one more of these, okay? It’s just the way it’s gonna be."
