Stephanie Seymour marked the first anniversary of her son, Harry Brant's death with a heartbreaking poem!
On Monday, January 17, the supermodel took fans down memory lane on Instagram by sharing a carousel of images featuring Harry at various stages of his life.

Stephanie Seymour Honored Late Son With Emotional Tribute
In honor of her late son's memory, the former Victoria's Secret Angel shared a moving poem about bereavement, which Donna Ashworth wrote.
The emotional piece, penned in a first-person narrative, began by expressing how much the author missed a loved one and wished they could reach out to the person.
The writer emphasized that they kept envisioning the deceased individual in their minds, yet they couldn't comprehend that their loved one was dead. The poem read:
"I saw your bright smile, at least twenty times, and then I remember, it's all in my mind. I drive without presence, the world feels surreal. And on comes your song and this doesn't seem real."
The rhythmic piece continued, "I missed you today, but I miss you a lot. It's helpful to miss you, it's all that I've got."
In addition to missing the deceased, the writer stated in the poem that they wished to see the person because the passing of time could make them forget the shape of their loved one's smile.
In conclusion, the poignant words reflected the author's desire to end their grief as they knew that the dead were watching and willing them to move on. The final paragraph read:
"I miss you today but I'm trying to find, A way to move on but not leave you behind. A way to forge on with the love that we had, A way to recall you and simply feel…glad"
This heartbreaking piece, alongside the series of pictures the model, shared, left many speechless as the comment section was filled with various emojis, including praying hands and broken hearts.

As shared by PEOPLE, Harry was a socialite who previously wrote for "Interview Magazine'' as a teenager before pursuing a career in the fashion industry.
The up-and-coming model was featured in renowned campaigns such as the Italian Vogue and Balmain. However, the 24-year-old died before he could reach greater heights.
On January 17, 2021, Harry was announced dead following an accidental overdose on prescription medication. This tragedy occurred days before the model was scheduled to re-enter a drug rehabilitation program.
In the statement released by Seymour and her husband Peter Brant, the grief-stricken parents stated that their son's life was cut short by the "devastating disease" known as addiction.
Harry, who the couple described as a "creative, loving, and powerful soul," reportedly battled addiction for many years before his untimely demise.

In the 1980s and 1990s, the 53-year-old dominated the fashion world alongside women such as Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Cindy Crawford, and Linda Evangelista.
Because of their achievements in ushering in the new age of supermodels, these gorgeous sets of women became known as "the original supermodels."
Seymour's journey as one of the members of this elite group began from participating in a local modeling contest as a teenager, where Elite, a model company, scouted her.
In 1991, after posing for "Playboy Magazine," Seymour's career grew even bigger as she garnered the attention of famous photographers and fashion designers.
Aside from making headlines for her career, the news outlet also revealed that the runway alum was famous for dating high-profile men.
In 1989, she married the guitarist Tommy Andrews, but they separated shortly after their son was born in 1990. A year later, the supermodel was spotted with the rock star Axl Rose.
After ending her brief romance with the lead singer of Guns N' Roses, the former Victoria's Secret Angel found love again in the arms of her current husband.
