It seems Britney Spears' feverish rants on social media have finally struck home as little sister Jamie Lynn Spears Watson took to Instagram to clear the air of the 'unhealthy chaos'.

Just hours ago, Spears had ranted about her sister being handed everything on a platter and never having to work for anything. So was this the fever speaking, or just Britney from her heart? Let's find out...

Is Britney Spears Truly Free?

First and foremost, we need to address the elephant in the room. Is Britney Spears, now free from her conservatorship - truly free? If that truly is the case, then why did her security team refuse to leave the premises to get her fever medication, considering she was running a dangerously high 104-degree fever?

In a rather lengthy Twitter rant, the "I'm a Slave 4 U" singer, 40, told her fans that she had got sick on Wednesday and when she asked her security guard to get her an Aleve to relieve her headache, he flat out refused. That said, she also later tweeted that her fiance, Sam Asghari got her the meds and she "survived".

Fans are worried.

Wrote one Twitter user, "If she is free why her security doesn’t do what she asks for? Come on!!! There’s something off! I hope she is safe."

Britney Spears "Surrenders To Not Caring"

The one good thing that her fever caused, according to the "Toxic" singer herself, was to give her a fever high enough not to care about Jamie Lynn's interview.

In Jamie Lynn Spears' interview with ABC News "Nightline" anchor Juju Chang, she said that she had always been Britney's "biggest supporter." She also shed some tears on the show and said, sobbing, "I love my sister. I've only ever loved and supported her and done what's right by her, and she knows that, so I don't know why we're in this position right now."

Spears had lots of things to say about that, writing, "The 2 things that did bother me that my sister said was how my behavior was out of control. She was never around me much 15 years ago at that time... so why are they even talking about that unless she wants to sell a book at my expense??? REALLY??? Then where the lady mentioned why did she accuse you of doing remixes to her songs ... I know it may sound like a silly thing to most people but I wrote a lot of my songs and my sister was the baby. She never had to work for anything. Everything was always given to her."

She later also said that she still hopes her sister's book does well, but dissed her family, writing that they "pull me down and hurt me always so I am disgusted with them."

Jamie Lynn Spears is a decade younger than Britney, and rose to fame with the Nickelodeon series “All That", and then her own show, “Zoey 101”. After becoming a teen mom at 16, she took a break from acting and has made a return recently, on Netflix’s “Steel Magnolias”.

She just clapped back at her elder sister on Instagram, writing, "I hate to burst my sister’s bubble, but my book is not about her. I can’t help that I was born a Spears too and that some of my experiences involve my sister. I’ve worked hard since before I was even a teenager, and I’ve built my career in spite of just being someone’s little sister.”

But she also told her sister, "Brit, I am always here. It’s become exhausting when conversations and texts we have in private don’t match what you post on social media. I know you’re going through a lot and I never want to diminish that, but I also can’t diminish myself.”

Jamie also then revealed that her family, including her daughter, were getting death threats “as a result of their aunt’s vague and accusatory posts.”

She concluded her post by saying, “I don’t want drama, but I’m speaking my truth to heal my traumas, so I can close this chapter and move forward, and I wish my sister could do the same. No matter what comes, I will always love my big sister, and be here for her. It’s time to put an end to the unhealthy chaos that has controlled my life for so long.”
