One person commented with “Lol. There is no way people missed this!!! Lmao!!!” and included a five-minute clip of a “Seinfeld” episode.

The episode, titled “Peterman’s Cake” (season 9, episode 18), features her character Elaine sneaking into Mr. Peterman’s fridge to eat a slice of the cake. It’s not until he comes in later does he explain that the cake is actually a piece of history: a slice of wedding cake from King Henry VIII to Wallace Simpson circa 1937 that cost $29,000 dollars!

Although Mr. Peterman later shows her video surveillance of her eating the cake, he asks her if the item is still with her. She replies, “As far as I know.”

He then asks, “Do you know what happens to a butter-based frosting after six decades in a poorly ventilated English basement? Well, I have a feeling that what you’re about to go through is punishment enough. Dismissed.”
