The TV personality wasn't her usual perky self as she looked weary in the Instagram post, in which the entertainer was captured laying down with messy blonde hair.

The "Messyness" co-host wore a simple black tank top while her neck was adorned with an emerald crystal. This post was captioned with an emoji wearing a nose mask alongside the words:

"Day 8… when does this get better?!?"

Despite struggling with COVID-19 symptoms, Spelling managed to express her gratitude to the members of iHeartRadio and the "90210MG" podcast for feeding her family.

The 48-year-old revealed that these parties had provided her sick family with delicious meals from their favorite restaurant, Buca di Beppo.

The "BH90210" star also did a little advertising for the business by imploring fans to try their cannolis, which the actress described as the "best."

Earlier this month, The Blast revealed that the "sTORI Telling" author's new year didn't start on a high note as her entire family became victims of the ongoing pandemic.

The mother, husband Dean McDermott, and their five adorable children —  Liam, Stella, Hattie, Finn, and Beau — tested positive for coronavirus.

The shocking news was announced via a candid post on "The Masked Singer" alum's Instagram in which the reality TV star confessed that this was the last thing she ever wanted to share with fans.

The family initially hoped their symptoms were simply that of a "bad winter cold," but in time, they realized how dire the situation was.

Spelling was the last to be symptomatic, making it harder to care for her sick children. Being unable to fulfill her motherly duties affected the actress emotionally as she wrote:

"Nothing is worse than wanting to care for your little ones but feeling so sick you can barely function yourself. I feel useless as a parent. Devastated. A mom is supposed to take care of their kiddos when sick."

Her husband also gave fans an update on his health by sharing a picture of himself playing hockey at the ice rink.

The "Chopped Canada" host revealed he would go there once his battles with COVID-19 were over. According to the father-of-six, his breathing was so bad he thought the doctors would put him on a ventilator.

Fortunately, the 55-year-old managed to overcome this scary phase and assured fans that he was slowly getting back on his feet.

The speculations began after the pair were spotted stepping out without their wedding rings and various sources claimed that the fiery embers of love between the couple were no longer ablaze.

To make matters worse, the "Troop Beverly Hills" star shared a lovely holiday card featuring herself and her wonderful family, but McDermott was nowhere to be found.

In the post, the mother and her kids seemed happy with the absence of the family's head as they posed with farm animals, including a chicken, two goats, and a spotted pig.

However, the situation wasn't what it appeared to be, as Spelling explained to a curious fan that her husband wasn't included in the holiday card because he couldn't make it.

The "Scary Movie 2" actress stated that the TV host was filming a show in Canada. Nevertheless, fans were glad McDermott couldn't be a part of the annual tradition.

The "Due South" star has lost favor with most fans following his 2013 cheating scandal. In addition to this, an insider also claimed that Spelling's marriage continued to exist for her children's sake.
