Mariah Carey Isn't Done Celebrating Christmas, Reveals Title Of First Children's Book

Mariah Carey no longer wants only you for Christmas, she wants to spread the gift of reading.

The “All I Want For Christmas” singer just unveiled the title of her first-ever children’s book.

The new author has titled her book, “The Christmas Princess.”

On Wednesday, January 12, Mariah posted a photo of the book’s cover and revealed the exciting news.

She captioned the photo, “The Christmas Princess is a fairytale for holiday lovers of all ages! Little Mariah represents my inner child believing in her own vision, she represents all children, especially those who feel like outsiders or “others”, striving to believe in themselves.”

Mariah continued to explain the book transforms her childhood turmoil into a modern, classic fairytale.

“It was empowering to transform my childhood turmoil into a modern classic fairytale full of wonder and boundless hope. ?❤️?,” she concluded her announcement.

If you’re a fan of Mariah you know she loves three things: her children, butterflies and Christmas.

Another noted that Christmas is over and has been over for weeks.

“Isn't it one month too late? ? But I like it ?,” another replied.

One fan asked her to go back to making music writing, “Omg queen we been enough with Xmas. Go back to hoodriah and make music again.”

Others were excited for more Mariah content even if it isn’t new music.

Mariah co-wrote the book with Michaela Angela Davis, who collaborated with the Grammy-winner on her 2020 memoir “The Meaning of Mariah Carey.”

The songstress exclusively told People, "So many of us have been drowning in 'bleakocity' for the last year and half, why not create an enchanted land to escape to? "The Christmas Princess springs from the same need as my memoir The Meaning of Mariah Carey — to emancipate the little girl in me.”

According to the book’s description, “The Christmas Princess” follows little Mariah “who doesn’t have much and doesn’t want a lot.”

Her one wish: “a peaceful and joyous holiday season.”

The book description continues: "Feeling outcast and alone, Little Mariah sets off on a wintry, wondrous journey, ultimately discovering the healing power of her voice to spread the spirit of Christmas at home and all around the world."

On October 31, Mariah took to TikTok to smash pumpkins and get everyone in the holiday spirit.
