Jenna Jameson Reveals Rare Neurological Disorder Diagnosis

Jenna Jameson and her husband of over six years, Lior Bitton, broke some heartbreaking news about her health on social media.

Following weeks of battling poor health, the retired pornographic film actress went for further tests and realized she had a rare medical condition.

The "I Dream of Jenna" actress suffers from an autoimmune disorder called Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) and gives her fans an insight into her situation.

Over the weekend, Bitton appeared in a video posted to Jameson's official Instagram page to explain her unexpected medical condition.

The doting husband recounted that his wife had thrown up for a few weeks. She visited a hospital for a CT scan and was cleared to leave.

Unfortunately, when Jameson returned home, she could not carry herself. The muscles in her legs weakened to the point where she could not walk to the bathroom.

The situation escalated further, as the father of their 4-year-old daughter Batel Lu said:

"She was falling on the way back or to the bathroom. I would have to pick her up and carry her to bed. And then within two days… Her legs started to not hold her—she wasn't able to walk."

The "Zombie Stripper" actress's spouse wrote in the captions that he broke the news on her third day in hospitalization. 

Bitton shared that Jameson's doctors carried out "CT, MRI and Spinal Tap tests," and they were waiting to find out more about the uncommon situation so she could get better.

The "Sugar" author later updated the caption with confirmation that she has been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). She thanked everyone for their support while she remained in the hospital.

As news spread of Jameson's rare medical condition, speculations began to swirl that it came about as an unusual side effect of the COVID vaccine from Johnson & Johnson.

On Monday, January 10th, the "How To Make Love Like A Pornstar" author debunked those rumors and informed fans about her progress.

In the self-recorded clip, Jameson informed her fans that she is working through her Guillain-Barré syndrome diagnosis and appreciates all her DMs of well-wishes.

The "Pornucopia" star received her second intravenous immunoglobulin therapy (IVIG) infusion and remained hospitalized until she completed her needed treatment.

The "Jenna Jameson's Shadow Hunter" writer clarified that her condition was utterly unrelated to the COVID vaccine. She wrote:

"I did NOT get the jab or any jab. This is NOT a reaction to the jab. Thank you for your concern."

Jameson has prioritized her physical health and made sure that she stays in the best shape since birthing her third son Batel Lu in 2017.

The Blast revealed a candid post which the mother-of-three posted to her Instagram followers about how she was "super insecure" about her body since birthing her third offspring.

The "Private Parts" actress shared a photo of her belly, writing that she has finally discovered beauty in her new form, including each "dimple and roll."

Jameson admitted that her belly made her insecure, but she knew she "will get back to my slender self someday." Today, she looks great and focuses on fully recovering from GBS.
