Kyle Richards is clapping back at claims of having allegedly shaded her “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” co-star, Garcelle Beauvais, during a recent girls trip amid filming on season 11.
While on the way out of Il Pastio restaurant in Beverly Hills, California earlier this week, Richards was met with a videographer from TooFab, who asked her about the recent rumors suggesting she is in the midst of a feud with the actress and “The Real” co-host.
“It’s so ridiculous. No one was shading her,” Richards insisted. “She wasn’t there yet.”
Kyle Richards And Garcelle Beauvais Suffered A Falling Out At The End Of ‘RHOBH’ Season 10
After denying the recent rumor, which suggested she had shaded Beauvais by leaving her out of a group photo that featured the rest of the ladies of the Bravo reality series, Richards gave an example of why no one should have believed that her photo was a diss.
“Like right now I have two friends here. If there’s some missing I’m not shading. They’re not here. She wasn’t physically there to be in the photo,” Richards explained.
Richards and Beauvais weren’t in a good place with one another at the end of season 10 but apparently, fans shouldn’t assume that they are in a negative place today.
Kyle Richards Thought Garcelle Beauvais Accused Her Of Acting Shady
Richards, who has been featured in a full-time role on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” since it began airing in October 2010 and is the longest-running cast member of the series, then addressed a false rumor suggesting that Beauvais had been the one who initially accused her of shady behavior.
“I don’t know why she made the shading comment because we’re having no issues, so I don’t know,” she said.
But, as TooFab explained, Beauvais never actually accused Richards of anything. Instead, it was simply speculation from fans.
Kyle Richards May Have Been Misinformed About Garcelle Beauvais
TooFab also noted that while Richards said Beauvais hadn’t arrived to their group trip “yet,” Beauvais had previously said she would not be attending the getaway.
As fans of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” well know, Beauvais has more than the reality show on her plate. She’s also an active actress with daily filming duties on “The Real.” So, when it comes to missing certain group activities, being absent isn’t uncommon.
Beauvais was first added to the show for season 10 after Lisa Vanderpump‘s exit in 2019.
Kyle Richards And Garcelle Beauvais Feuded Over Charity During ‘RHOBH’ Season 10
When fans last saw them, Richards and Beauvais were feuding over Beauvais’ vow to donate a certain amount to a charity Richards had thrown a party for during the season.
At the reunion, Beauvais admitted to paying late but insisted she had given the amount she promised during the event.
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 11 is expected to begin airing at some point this spring but Bravo has yet to confirm an official premiere date for the new episodes.
