According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Offset is being sued after allegedly entering into a written rental contract with Platinum Transportation Group in May of 2020, agreeing to pay $529.68 per day for a 2020 Bentley Bentayga and return it in the same condition as when it was received.
Platinum claims Offset rented the car for several weeks, but then at some point notified he was no longer in possession of the Bentley and had no idea where it was!

In the lawsuit, Platinum claims after not receiving the car back, it filed a stolen vehicle report with the Los Angeles Police Department.
The company is putting the lost car squarely on Offset and are accusing him of theft, including embezzlement, or fraudulent appropriation of the Bentley. The claim he was negligent for allegedly “leaving the Bentley unattended, unsecured, and with the ignition keys in the car, thereby allowing an unknown person to gain access to and thereby steal the Bentley.”
It appears the car has not been returned, or at least the company cannot locate it — and are seeking damages three times the value of the luxury vehicle.
All total, Platinum is looking for $532,563. The break down including damages with the claim is a result of the alleged breach of the rental agreement with Offset, and have suffered the loss of the Bentley for at least the fair market value of $177,521 — and a daily rental amount totaling $102,757.92, and counting.

Interestingly, Offset and Cardi B have both given each other new luxury cars in the past year!
As we reported, Offset purchased a Rolls Royce truck for his famous wife — which included a custom baby seat for their daughter, Kulture. A few months later, Cardi B surprised her better half with his own insane luxury vehicle — getting him a rare Lamborghini for his birthday.
Well, at least he isn’t still facing legal drama in his home state of Georgia after Cardi B dropped her divorce petition. Last year, Cardi B had publicly announced her decision to divorce Offset, and the rapper apologized to his wife, saying, “All of my wrongs have been made public, I figure it’s only right that my apologies are made public too.”
Offset has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
