Releasing His Sixth Album Soon?
In a different share, Carter shared another sneak peek of "Reload the Wesson," where his fiancรฉ Melanie Martin joined him in the video. Although, she was eating and minding her own business in the background.
In the footage, the singer was enjoying what appeared to be a chocolate-filled syringe while showing off his tune. He captioned the post with "LP coming soon."
While in another update, Carter claimed that he's "Recording my new album at home."
His last studio album, Love, came out in 2018, and it came out 16 years after Another Earthquake! in 2002.
Getting Candid About His EP
In a past interview, Carter dished on how he came up with his fifth studio album's name.
"For a while I was thinking about what I was going to call my EP. Around the time when we were recording, there were a lot of things happening in my life that lead me back to the idea of love," he told Your EDM. "It kind of just hit me all of a sudden- that naming the EP 'LรVร' would be a powerful and universal title everyone could relate to. It explained a lot of what I was going through in my personal life and also creatively. I felt it was the best way to convey what I was going through and translate it into the music I was making."
