This has been viewed as a very questionable decision by his fans but this is something that the Philadelphia rapper ultimately decided to do.
Now, he has taken to Twitter to reveal that the diamond being in his forehead could come with some dire consequences health wise. This includes possibly dying from it.
Uzi Says Diamond Has To Be Carefully Taken Out Of Forehead
Uzi explained that if the diamond isn’t taken out of his forehead the right way, he could in fact die. The picture he provided on his Twitter feed showed the diamond in his forehead while bleeding from that area at the same time. Uzi also oddly revealed that he’s literally trying to turn into a diamond.
Surprisingly, fans were a bit grossed out seeing the blood oozing from his forehead.
Uzi Was Paying For This Diamond Since 2017
Last week, Uzi also explained that he has been wanting this pink diamond for a very long time. Paying $24 million for it is a hefty amount of money so, therefore, he revealed that he has been paying it off since 2017. This is to popular jeweler, Elliot Eliantte. He revealed that he recently got finished paying off the debt.
“I’ve been paying for a natural pink diamond from Elliot for years now. This one Stone cost so much I’ve been paying for it since 2017. That was the first time I saw a real natural pink diamond. A lot of M’s in my face.”
Uzi Says The Pink Diamond Costs More Than His Home And Houses
This precious diamond that Uzi has is 10-11 carats and not surprisingly, costs a lot more than the other luxurious items that Uzi has. This includes all of his cars along with his home. Fans also asked Uzi why he didn’t place the diamond on a ring and he explained that he believes he’d lose it that way.
“If I lose the ring yeah u will make fun of me more than putting it in my forehead ha ha. Jokes on you. Ha Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. And yes, I do have insurance.
Uzi Dominated Musically In 2020
Uzi also had a very good year with his music in 2020 as well. Last March, he finally released his highly anticipated ‘Eternal Atake‘ album. This project exceeded expectations as it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and is platinum in the US. The deluxe edition was released as “Lil Uzi Vert Vs The World 2.” “Futsal Shuffle 2020” also debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
In the summer, Uzi and Future released two singles together in “Patek” and “Over Your Head.” These went on to appear in their “Pluto x Baby Pluto” album in November.
