Jessica Simpson is big-time prepping for the Super Bowl. The 40-year-old actress, singer, and “Open Book” author last night proved an open book when it came to sharing her massive food prep for Super Bowl LV, this year seeing the NFL championship game in its 51st year. Jessica, who keeps teeny-tiny after having dropped 100 pounds in 2019, kept the massive edibles showoff strictly on her Jessica Simpson Style brand’s account, but the Instagram feed comes with a pattern. It comes as Jessica continues to make headlines for having maintained the staggering 100 pounds shed in 2019 – Simpson dropped the weight after welcoming third baby Birdie Mae, then admitting in 2020 that her high weight was in the “high two-hundreds” and approaching 300 pounds.
The “Dukes of Hazzard” star, last year slurping spaghetti in stilettos to promote her clothing brand, is now seeing her best-selling label throw out Super Bowl food ideas, and it was sliders galore.
Jessica Simpson Style, a brand that turned $1 billion in 2015 sales but has yet to retail actual food, got one step closer with its video, one that featured a wooden chopping board with sliced tomatoes and and onions – it all turned into proper food with the finished product. Fans saw mouth-watering meat burgers as sliders with fries, with an ingredients for the “SUPER BOWL BURGER BOARD” including avocado, tomatoes, cheese, and chips, all ahead of the Feb 7 Super Bowl date.

Jessica, who first stated her heigh weight to be 240 pounds, remains one skinny Minnie as she raises kids Maxwell, Ace, and Birdie Mae, with the blonde’s weight loss remaining a talking point. Jessica walked up to 10,000 steps a day to shift the weight, also following a calorie-controlled diet that trainer Harley Pasternak said his client was very “disciplined” over. In 2019, Pasternak broke it all down, speaking to Hollywood Life and revealing what Jessica ate to drop the weight.
“She would eat one whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch she would have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner. As for snacks, she would have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top.”
