The Green Bay Packers just got a new number 1 fan!
Aaron Rodgers, 37, is reportedly dating Shailene Woodley, 29, according to E! News. A source told the news outlet that they are keeping it "private and low key" but love is definitely in the air! Rodgers has appeared to be a lot happier, despite his loss to Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on January 24 in the NFC Championship game, and it seems that Shailene is the reason why!
Even though Aaron officially ented the offseason, Shailene is busy filming the new movie "Misanthrope" in Montreal, according to "Canada Live". E!'s source revealed that they managed to find time for each other.
"They have seen each other and been in touch," E!'s source said. "They continue to talk and see each other when they can. They are both focused on their careers but they also make time for each other."
Rodgers discussed his "new and increased love of life" on the "Pat McAfee Show" in September. "I've made decisions and changes and habits that put me in a lot better headspace and there's just a lot of things that have come together in my life over the last few months that have really been enjoyable."
Aaron continued, "That's why I'm having so much fun and it starts with love. And then surrounding yourself with people that you really enjoy."
Rumors about the romantic relationship between the two stars started to surface back in October when sports blog Awesemo.com noted that Woodley was seen in Green Bay. Besides the Packers, we can't think of another reason the Southern California native would venture to "Titletown."
Shailene, who is the star of HBO's "Big Little Lies" previously dated rugby player Ben Volavola, so we know that she likes her men on the hunky athletic side!
Rodgers split from longtime girlfriend and NASCAR driver Danica Patrick over the summer. He previously dated actress Olivia Munn from 2014-2017.
Aaron is branching out to new ventures after his fantastic 2020-2021 season. It was announced that he will be a guest host on “Jeopardy!” after the tragic passing of Alex Trebek.
