Ryan Seacrest is showing off just how much snow blanketed New York City in the past few days, and the picture is amazing!
The ‘LIVE with Kelly and Ryan’ co-host took to Instagram and posted an aerial shot of the city, which included a complete whiteout covered central park. It’s insane, and as you know, if may just get worse.
Ryan’s amazing shot comes on the heels of ‘Punxsutawney Phil’ the Groundhog making the prediction we will be suffering through six more weeks of winter. Ya, you think?!

As we reported, Ryan wasn’t the only one having to deal with the massive snowfall — his ‘Live’ co-host Kelly Ripa shared pictures of her husband and son attempting to dig out of the family’s NYC apartment!
“Michael just shows up and does it. With a smile and a thumbs-up,” Kelly Ripa wrote about her 22-year-old son Michael Consuelos. The talk show host also shared a photo of the young man under a hooded jacket and wearing a mask. The best part, his father even commented on the picture, saying he is now ‘Man of the house.’

“Well, now that’s just cool❤️❤️,” one fan wrote after seeing the stunning shots. “Beautiful snowy❄️ day there! I wish it would snow here in L.A. OK Maybe a day or two,” another added.
For the record, it is currently 72 degrees in Los Angeles!
A few fans were worried about Kelly running today in Central Park today, something she is known to do… and wrote messages like, “Be safe.”
According to reports, the worst of the massive winter storm maybe behind NYC after dumping over 17 inches from Sunday through early Tuesday in central park. It was the 16th heaviest snowstorm on record!

In case you missed it, the world’s most famous groundhog was dragged out to the cold this morning to predict the forecast for the rest of the season. Well, he saw his shadow, it’s six more weeks of winter for us!
As you can imagine, the event wasn’t as packed full of people this year, due to the pandemic, but a few brave souls carried on the tradition.
