Erika & Kyle were spotted filming the Bravo reality show at La Jolla Cove in San Diego. The two were seen with Dorit Kemsley, Kathy Hilton, Lisa Rinna, and new cast member, Crystal Minkoff. The other cast members Garcelle Beauvais & Sutton Stracke were not seen with the group.
Kyle also posted a photo on her Instagram showing off the entire cast smiling for the camera.
Erika is seen in the back of the photo looking ecstatic. Her positive attitude is interesting given her estranged husband Thomas Girardi was placed in a conservatorship hours later. As The Blast first reported, Thomas’s brother Robert filed a petition to become the conservator of the famed lawyer’s estate.
Robert claimed his brother was suffering from short term memory loss and couldn’t be trusted to handle basic duties. He claimed the medical issues were causing Thomas’s massive financial issues at the moment.
The [judge]9https://okmagazine.com/p/erika-jayne-husband-tom-girardi-temporary-conservatorship-legal-battles-divorce-brother-robert/) signed off on the conservatorship temporarily. The court is allowing Robert to be in charge until March 31. Thomas was unable to attend the hearing due to recent medical issues.
Earlier this year, Erika filed for divorce from Thomas after 21 years of marriage. She is currently demanding monthly spousal support. He is fighting her request and wants her request denied. A judge has yet to rule. The two are still married and have yet to be legally divorced.
Erika moved out of the $15-million mansion she lived in with Thomas. He is reportedly living alone without anyone to help him at the moment. Robert said the only person helping him out at the moment is his longtime housekeeper. For her part, the “RHOBH” star allegedly has no contact with Thomas and moved into her own $1.5 million home in Hollywood.
The two are still facing a federal lawsuit accusing them of embezzlement. Erika is a named defendant in the case accusing Thomas of stealing money from the families of plane crash victims.
Thomas has failed to show up to a majority of his court hearings.
