By Ryan Naumann

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne was spotted filming the reality star with her costars at the beach at the same time her estranged husband Thomas Girardi was being placed under a court-ordered conservatorship.

A Bravo fan posted a series of snaps of Erika that was taken today at La Jolla Cove in San Diego. The reality star was seen with cameras filming her walking to the beach. She showed up to a lunch with Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Kathy Hilton, and Lisa Rinna.

Erika was wearing an orange DSquared2 jacket which retails for around $500 despite her ongoing financial issues. The "RHOBH" star didn't seem bothered or concerned while talking with her costars.

It's unclear if she was aware her estranged husband was supposed to be in court today. However, Thomas allegedly was unable to attend a hearing due to medical issues. The hearing was over a petition filed by Thomas's brother Robert Girardi.

Robert claimed the famed attorney was suffering short term memory loss. He said Thomas was living alone and unable to care for himself.

Robert asked the court to become Thomas's conservator. He wanted the ability to make financial decisions for his brother amid his serious legal & financial problems. The court granted the petition allowing Robert to be conservator until March. The judge will need to review more evidence before making a determination on a permanent conservatorship.

Regardless, Erika is continuing on with the filming of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Based on court documents, Robert made it appear Erika has no contact with her husband. The two are still battling it out in divorce court, where she is asking for spousal support.

Thomas Girardi

Erika's life seemed to start crashing down last year. She filed for divorce from Thomas after 21 years of marriage. Soon after, Erika and Thomas were hit with a federal lawsuit accusing them of ripping of orphans and widows of plane crash victims. His former clients are accusing him of embezzling their settlement money to fund his "lavish lifestyle." The plaintiffs in the lawsuit believe Erika knew or should have known what was going on.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
