Mercedes Justine Kaestner-Varnado, better known by her ring name as “Sasha Banks”, just celebrated her 29th birthday online! Her reputation as a wrestler in the WWE is only rivaled by her popularity on social media, with a respectable following of 5 million on Instagram alone.
Her public image greatly benefited from her appearance as a Mandalorian on the Star Wars live-action series “The Mandalorian”, and it would seem she isn’t done creating unique ways to get her face out there.
Although not exactly the most shocking idea for a birthday photoshoot, Sasha put on a revealing outfit comprised of only beads from her shoulders down!
Fans have come to adore her for her colorful wrestling career and for her frequent deals that present new opportunities that propel her towards further stardom.
In fact, she has managed many clothing brand sponsorships along with various celebrity deals, like getting herself made into a video game character for the cartoonishly animated 3D title “WWE2K Battlegrounds”.
Along with capturing the hearts of TV goers (and video game players) Varnado received numerous compliments and well-wishes on her birthday announcement, which shows off the aforementioned beaded outfit that remains a testament to her beauty.

Sasha shared this week that she has been reminiscing about her past in the 2018 Royal Rumble event that proved to be a major breakout point in her career. She told the press that it was a period of uncertainty for herself, realizing how much pressure she was under to set a good example and to coordinate something that meant so much to the women involved.
Her interview during that time compared to her most recent truly shows how much she has developed as a person and as a professional.
Women In The Ring
“To be in the first ever Women’s Royal Rumble. To go into rehearsals, and seeing all of these Legends, and then to be pulled aside and to be like ‘you’re going to be the girl that’s going to lead this, you’re going to be the girl that’s goin to have to do all of these things.’ It’s more than just being a good performer and putting on a good show for you guys. It’s making sure I show up for all of these women and women that haven’t been in the ring for how many-plus years and then a lot of brand-new women who haven’t been in a WWE ring,” Sasha explained. “It’s a lot of pressure, and being in a crowd in Philly! It’s more than just one thing, it’s more than what you guys really understand, so that’s why I always say ‘if you guys only knew!’”
