That same day but earlier, the supermodel uploaded a photo of herself on her Instagram story where she sported a white bra top and sunshades while sipping from a white teacup.

Kelly Gale Shares the Secret Behind Her Banging Physique
A fan asked the famous Victoria’s Secret model a rather forward question during an Instagram Q&A session last year.
According to Daily Mail, Gale was asked if she ever over-exercised and ate so little, and she denied the claims.
It seemed that at the time, Victoria’s Secret was allegedly promoting unhealthy patterns of body image, hence leading to the question.
In response to the question, Gale said that she would never do that; instead, she would take care of her body and mind by eating as many nourishing and tasty foods as she liked.
She also added that she had been working out and training in the martial arts, which have been serving as a way to challenge and energize herself.
Moreover, in 2017 and 2018, Gale spoke about her workout routine, which involved about two hours a day and seven times a week at the gym.
In 2020, she began using her YouTube channel to talk more about her workout routines, which has been helpful to quite some people.
The Supermodel’s Nutrition and Social Life
It comes as no shock that Gale is an avid exercise person and loves healthy food. She has revealed so in former interviews.
Earlier in 2018, during an interview with Vogue, the model talked about how she had never allowed herself to consume unhealthy foods by completely sticking to a natural diet.
Her usual diet consists of carbohydrates like oatmeal, lean protein, mostly fish, and many vegetables, excluding potatoes. She also included balancing all these with yogurt, berries, and fruits.
After Gale’s participation in the Victoria Secret Fashion Show in China about 5 years ago, she went to blow off steam in Australia with her boyfriend at the time, Johannes Jarl.
