The young influencer, who went viral after dressing up and walking the streets as the controversial rainbow-haired rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine, is now focused on the bigger picture of content creation and preparing for the next steps to take in her career, which also includes aspirations of becoming the next big woman in the comedy world.
Jennifer Kassir is currently attending California State University Northridge, and is a semester away from graduating with a degree in communications. Along with creating content for TikTok and Instagram, she spends most of her time working at her family’s company in Los Angeles, Samson Pharmaceuticals, where they manufacture hair and skincare cosmetics, health supplements, and OTC’s like hand sanitizers, eye drops, and sunscreens.
Kassir is putting her education to work and believes she has developed a sound influencer and social media strategy that she can apply to other up and coming stars in need of brand building.
Kassir has released other characters since going viral with Walmart69, including one called Ms. Beanie. She plans on debuting a brand new character every month, and is hoping that her current fame will allow open doors to collaborations with other talented content creators.
“I’m launching my own studio where amazing content creators are going to come together to make hilarious videos that are super engaging and every age group can enjoy,” Kassir tells The Blast.
The agency will be named after Kassir’s LA Multi Medias Production company.
She adds, “I’m not even looking to collaborate with just famous influencers … if you are talented and really passionate about what you do, we are going to be a great fit.”
