As she and her cast mates prepare for the conclusion of the “Real Housewives of Orange County” season 15 reunion on Wednesday night, Kelly shared a series of photos of herself and Rick, along with a sweet message for her life partner.
“Happy Birthday to my best friend !! My ride or die! I thank God for you everyday!” Kelly wrote in the caption of her January 24 post.
Rick Leventhal Is Preparing To Sell His West Hamptons Home
During an interview with E! News one day prior, Kelly said that while Rick still owns one home on the east coast, in the West Hamptons, the two of them are planning to list the home later this month so that they can focus on their new life together on the west coast.
“Rick sold his apartment in New York and he sold his place in Florida, but he still has his West Hamptons house that we’re going to be putting on the market in a week,” she explained.

“And we’re going to be purchasing a lot here in Newport Beach. We just put down an offer so we’ll see if we get it,” Kelly continued. “Everything is working out really great. We’re transferred over to the L.A. bureau and he’s loving the weather here and Jolie loves him and it’s been fantastic. We’ve had a wonderful journey so far.”
When Kelly and Rick first began dating in summer 2019, they were traveling back and forth between her main home in Orange County and his apartment in the Big Apple.
Kelly Dodd Wanted A Big Wedding
As fans of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” well know, Kelly and Rick tied the knot on October 10 of last year in California, surrounded by a small group of family members and friends. However, according to Kelly, she planned to have a “big blowout wedding” before the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic earlier that year.
Now, after forgoing a honeymoon previously, Kelly is hoping to celebrate her marriage to Rick, who works for FOX News, with a future trip.

“A honeymoon we definitely want to do. It’s on our agenda so far,” she dished. “I want to go to Africa. I want to go on a safari to Africa. All these animals are endangered and I want to see them before they get extinct.”
