Erika Jayne Grabs Booty In Red Lingerie Amid Serious Financial Woes

By Ryan Naumann

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne decided to get a little raunchy on her social media despite ignoring accusations she helped steal from widows & orphans.

The 49-year-old posted a stunning shot of herself in the naughty outfit on Instagram. Erika is seen wearing the lingerie from Rihanna's Savage X Fenty. The brand is one of the only ones that appear to still be working with Erika amid the serious allegations brought in a federal lawsuit.

Erika captioned the post, "Baby love ❤️."

Her costar Lisa Rinna showed Erika, some love by commenting with a black heart emoji underneath the post. The photos were taken inside Erika's new $1.5 million Hollywood rental. She moved out of the $6 million Pasadena mansion she shared with her estranged husband, Thomas Giardi.

The sexy shots on Erika's page have been nonstop for weeks. There is nothing wrong with posting lingerie shots. However, fans have issues with her acting like nothing is going on including the massive lawsuit filed against her.

Sources close to Erika have tried to leak stories about her not being able to speak because it's a criminal matter. While this may be a smart legal move, it also provides a lack of transparency that fans have been seeking from the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hill" star.

Last year, Erika and Thomas were sued by his former clients. He represented the families of plane crash victims in a class-action lawsuit. The widows and orphans won a settlement. However, the families say Thomas failed to pay them the entire amount owed. Instead, they believe he used their money to fund his lavish lifestyle with Erika.

Erika is a named defendant in the new federal lawsuit. She has been added to legal actions involving her husband in the past but was normally left out of the suits. It appears the creditors are over using their baby gloves with Erika and are actively trying to see if she has any of Thomas's assets in her possession.

A judge recently ordered Erika to stop selling her used designer clothes online. They believe it may be an asset of the court after Thomas's creditors forced him into Chapter 7 involuntary bankruptcy.
