Nastia Liukin bared her buttocks with zero limits today while going backless and folding her Gold Medal legs. The 31-year-old five-time Olympic medalist, fresh from shutting down a troll over her "gross skinny chicken legs," proved there isn't a gross thing about her on Wednesday, updating for her 1 million Instagram followers in a jaw-dropping stool snap while looking towards "new beginnings." Nastia, who showed off her McPantless look for a Golden Arches street walk yesterday, is now back to bare-legged. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photo. If you don't live inside Nastia's Instagram, the 2008 all-around champion tends not to put on the leotard all that often, even making headlines last year for clapping back that she isn't too old to be wearing one. Liukin, who retired aged just 22 back in 2012, today showed the Olympic body is for life, seen resting her peachy and bare rear on a cube cream stool while indoors.

Liukin, who wore a tight, long-sleeved leotard, also showed that thong finishes are totally 2021.

Nastia, tagging her stylist and Carachele clothing, delivered a soft smile amid the mean body on show, super-squeezing her legs onto the stool and flaunting her teen-tiny waist as she wrote: "To new beginnings where there are no limits."

For an idea of just how many limits Nastia breaks, it's called back-flipping across beams for a living, with the Moscow native's gymnast career still clearly alive and well with her recent movie deal inking in "Little Gymnasts."

Nastia was quick to rack up likes and comments, with 23-year-old gymnastics superstar Simone Biles taking under 30 minutes to reply. The 30-time Olympic and World medalist wrote: "YAAAAASSSS" adding fire emoji. Nastia does not, however, always receive positive feedback, with October 2020 seeing her in the news for a high-profile anorexia storm.

Basically, fans asking Nastia how she feels about "promoting borderline anorexia looking bodies" ain't cool in her books. The gymnast chose to repost the fan DM rather than ignore it. See her fire response below.

Nastia, admitting she was both "triggered" and "p-ssed" by the remark, took to IG in a skin-tight bronze dress, shutting down the troll and writing:

"If taking pictures of my OWN body — a body that won me many Olympic medals, a body that I push each day to get stronger, a body that God gave me — is inherently promoting anorexia, then honestly, we've gotten to a place in the world where just BEING is offensive."

Nastia has also been forced to shut down allegations that she only fuels her mornings with black coffee.
