Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is proving that a good squeeze works wonders. The 31-year-old Russian-born star, fresh from a storm seeing a troll address her “gross skinny chicken legs,” today showcased her Gold Medal pins, with the 2008 all-around champion appearing both in a permanent Instagram post and in influencer stories for her 1 million followers. Nastia, who was touting the benefits of powdered juice as she promoted Organifi, quickly showed off the benefits of her healthy lifestyle, and it was one mean affair.
Nastia, who faced an anorexia storm in October 2020 and has moved past it, was back to showing the ‘Gram that her appetite for donuts and Shake Shack burgers comes balanced with healthy stuff, seen looking gorgeous in an unusual black zip top while mixing up her powders and downing them, too.
“All right, so I know I have shared Organifi with you before,” Nastia began, adding that she was “about to make my green juice here.” And Instagram saw it.
Nastia, who rocked gold hoop earrings and poured her sachet into a tall glass of water, said that she was massively digging the low-fat aspect, with “these little individual packets” helping her out with the home office setup.
Fans in it for the body-ody-ody got it, all right, with Liukin updating bare-legged and for a jaw-droppig bronzing session while flaunting her Olympian body. The artsy shots kicked off in shade, but the heat caught up as Nastia posed in tiny spandex shorts and an oversized shirt.
While Nastia often updates from Dallas, she was in Austin for the photos, ones that showed her in shades, an Oxford shirt, and chunky sneakers. Nastia, who often selects concrete for her settings, then appeared in sunlight and seated on steps while folding her killer toned legs and taking in the sun.
“Hi Austin, you’re kinda cute,” she wrote, with the likes coming in fast. “LOVE that shirt,” one fan replied, with skincare brand Sunday Riley even leaving a “Love this.”
Nastia has made headlines for her influencing, which sees her front brands from Olay skincare to clothing label Revolve. The former was in the news last year as Liukin extended her legs in a bubble bath, writing:
“I’m bringing back the bubble bath in 2020, y’all. #ad Using my favorite @olay products with Vitamin B3 complex because body care is the new skincare, am I right? These two gems visibly improve my skin—I’m talking Vitamin B3, Vitamin C, and shea butter to give me all the glow. #OlayPartner.”
